I needed a one off piece of specialist glass and Dave sorted the quote out with the hour and considerably cheaper than anywhere else I could find. I see a very negative comment from someone called Emma and even reading the comment it's obvious she has an opinion but no understanding of business. Like the Balustrade Company we would also not survey free of charge without an order in principle. In her case she seems to have been given a quote, the ONLY reason for the survey would have been to confirm measurements before cutting the glass. I'd disregard anything she has to say and put it in the some people are never happy" pile."

Fantastic customer service. I was on a tight time line due to the council pressing me to get the house finished to be signed off as it was a self build. They kept me up to date on delivery times and managed to fit it early.

My builders introduced me to Ian at Glass Balustrade company.. 3 weeks ago.. and already I have the finished product. They were extremely easy to deal with, organised everything that was required and on the day everything went with out a hitch. We love the glass Juliet balcony. Thank you.

Very disappointing experience getting a quote from this firm. I engaged The Glass Balustrade Company as I wanted to get some glass panels to modernise my existing staircase.I explained at the time of my first enquiry, that I had already obtained a quote from an online supplier where you provide your own measurements. However, as I wanted to be certain the product would fit, I wanted a local firm who would confirm measurements themselves and then order the product.2 weeks later I receive the quote back (substantially more than the competitor) for essentially the same service. They would order the panels to the measurements YOU provide. When I enquired about the measurements being confirmed, I was told a survey" would be £120 for the 40 minute journey...This has been a very drawn out and slow experience to be essentially told something that I should have been advised at the very start. All i can say is wow. This company from start to finish were fantastic. Dave was so helpful from planning, ideas and options, to the installation team who showed great attention to detail and worked so methodically, every team member new exactly what there job was. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone. Great job folks. Thanks again.

I approached the company to install a ballustrade for a commercial (pub) first floor terrace area - and needed them in a hurry. Dave (The MD) called me that night to confirm that they could help. The surveyor came out the following week and a few days later the fitters came to install they system. Due to our last minute request, we had to wait a week or so for all the glass, but that was fitted the next day after it arrived with them.I couldn't be more impressed - excellent service by everyone involved and what a great system - everybody loves itThanks guys

The Glass Balustrade Company did a splendid job in supplying & fitting our balustrade on a raised decking in the garden. The quality of the product & the look achieved is fantastic. From our initial contact with Dave the owner, Suzanne in accounts,, Dave who measured & provided drawings, Ian who arranged fitting & finally Joe & Paul the fitters. Everything was done very professionally. Would highly recommend this company.
