This is the third time Lindsey Nolan has acted for me. Each time I have found her to be highly professional, super responsive and detail orientated, which is exactly what you need during complex Conveyancing transactions. I have used Goughs quite a few times over the years, in particular for property transactions as a small scale investor. In the most recent instance this was for the sale of a 2 bedroom apartment, part of a small block.Transactions involving apartments noxiously can be tricky due to the interactions required with the Landlord and the Management Company and of course made more difficult due to the COVID restrictions with people working from home etc.However, once again, I was delighted with the service provided by Ailie from Goughs. She is a conveyancing expert and brings a structured, meticulous and very responsive approach - an understanding that time is of the essence. She was always available to answer any queries and ensured that there were no delays on 'our side' of the transaction process.I would have no hesitation in recommending Ailie and Goughs to those looking for a similar service.
