Very friendly and welcoming staff. I had a shoulder, neck and back massage and my sister had a facial. Highly recommend due to the quality of the treatments. We also had afternoon tea as part of a winter bundle. Wonderful food.

I booked a spa day for myself and my best friend, we had our day yesterday and it was heaven! I booked us the 'Ultimate Wellness Day', so we had the full treatments, with the lovely Fran. Such a wonderful human being, thank you Fran!The afternoon tea was delicious, Roger, behind the bar, was so polite and couldn't do more for us. The food was delicious too.We had such a relaxed day, and was so needed for us both. Thank you very much!The lady behind the Spa reception was incredible too, so sorry we didn't catch your name!

The spa is small, with a pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms. The staff are lovely friendly and helpful. I went with a friend and had a full body exfoliation and my friend had a manicure - both ladies that did the treatment were good.The lunch was lovely, we had 2 courses and Tiana was our waitress. I have to commend her she was diligent and paid attention to detail and very considerate of my friend dietary requirements. The chef was also really considerate. Compliments to the chef for the food and the attention to detail on allergies and my friends dietary retirements.Thank you.

My friend and I booked a Virgin Experience package including treatments and afternoon tea and we had an incredible time. The facilities were varied (pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, gym) and all very clean and regularly maintained. The afternoon tea was delicious and very filling. What made this a very luxurious experience, though, was the staff. Can't praise them and their customer service enough - we interacted with a few of them but mainly Grace and Jamie. They were very understanding when we had to reschedule last minute due to sickness, and they informed us first thing in the morning when their therapist wasn't available to offer us the treatments. They gave us the option to reschedule or to book a complimentary visit with treatments as well as a visit on the day we planned. Throughout the day, they greeted us with a smile, always ready to help, so polite and professional, and they were a big part of the reason why our visit was 5 star worthy. We can't wait to be back!

Great spa! Swimming facilities are lovely with a Grecian theme. Definitely a great place for an afternoon tea and a pamper. Had the full body massage and can definitely recommend.The afternoon tea was late but delicious, so worth it in the end

Booked only to be told the day before they had scedualed some maintenance for the pool. Then they offered a different day but at first reused a refund. We had booked well in advance because we were going to a Temple Spa road show near where the spa was. When maintenance is scheduled, you usually know more than one day in advance

Lovely day treatments both mine and my husband's really good so relaxing. Will definitely be back again

Had an extremely disappointing experience here last Saturday. Booked my mum and I in for the spa relaxation package for a special treat for her birthday- £88 each. Had 45 mins in the pool area. We were told there would be robes and slippers in the lockers- no slippers. Asked the spa reception, there were none there either someone had to go looking for some. There was a water jug with only an inch of water in it and one plastic cup, so when our slippers came I had to ask for water, which came in paper cups instead of the jug being refilled (maybe a covid thing but then I dread to think how long that stagnant water had been there, and why leave one cup next to it?) Steam room out of service due to covid- fine. But the sauna wasn’t even turned on- had to ask for that. And then wait for it to heat up. Whole area felt grubby and sad; there was a random hose wheel by the pool. Toilets were messy the entire time we were there. Then it was time for our treatments, which was meant to be a 40 min facial. Minuue done by Sadie was lovely. Mum was given an express facial instead and led out after 25 mins. Once she realised the time she asked reception, the therapist (Sam) blamed the mistake on ‘new management’. Took her back in, told her she couldn’t do any more facial treatments as she had already put the finishing creams on, but would give her a head and neck massage (not what we wanted and she had already given her a head massage while one of the masks were on). When I was done I asked the spa reception what had happened, at first they tried to make out no mistake was made and she received the full treatment, just in 2 parts which is absolute nonsense. They then blamed it on the therapist and said she must have misread the booking. No attempt to remedy the situation, just gave their halfhearted apologies. Extremely unprofessional. Sadie gave me a card with all the products she used, Sam just asked my mum ‘which product she liked’ and only wrote that on the card. Lunch was quite nice, so one star for that and one star for Sadie - but not worth the money at all. I definitely would never recommend this spa to anyone. Shame as we only live down the road and it could have become a regular thing.

The spa is always to peaceful and relaxing to go to. The ladies at reception are friendly and welcoming. Today I had a full body massage by Amber. She was fantastic. The right amount of pressure and consistency. I left slightly floating but with an almost drunk stumble! It was amazing. Thank you ladies!!!
