Always a good service and food

We found the customer service to be extremely rude. We had our order declined via just eat twice and so we called to find out what was going on (because we had a successful order couple of weeks ago). The chap who answered was extremely rude and said they wouldn’t deliver because our address is off at the main road he then hung up.The food we ordered a couple of weeks ago was good but wouldn’t dare give them my money after that experience.
