Judgemental and unwelcomingI went in today to ask for an application form, it was practically shoved in my face, I was told I need two proofs of address, when I said I was currently homeless and before I could say it was because my flat was on fire last year... You need to speak to you're case worker! I actually work full-time and needed help and advice but thanks anyway for making me feel worse than I already do.

Cat McKenzie has been very helpful and supportive since onset of Covid 19 pandemic. She is an asset to the team at YHA and I'm very happy to be a member of her group of tenants.

Customer service is amazing..my brother had lost the keys to his flat..a joiner was promptly phoned and arrived within the hour..understanding and excellent staff

They have been great landlords for past 23 years. Only one hickup ages ago, repairs dealt with quickly.

Worst housing association. They tell you they won't evict you. Then they come and tell you they will take legal acton.
