Great service, was fixed and returned in under 2 weeks. I was frequently updated with the progress made.They even included some sweets!Would highly recommend!

Crashed my Mavic Mini into a tree and broke the gimbal mount and a rotor arm.Sent it off to Drone Doctor and they sent me a quote in a very short timeframe. They completed the repair work in 2-3 days despite saying that they were very busy, and sent it off again very quickly. Overall, it took just under a week from dispatch to receiving it back, with everything fixed.The quote was kind of pricey but communication was excellent, and I always knew what was happening at every step.The whole process was easy and stress free with no complications or unexpected bills. They pay for postage and then include it in your bill which doesnt save you any money but is way easier and simpler.The fact that they do a full calibration update and drone clean free of charge as standard is also a nice touch.Would use again.

Fantastic service from Drone Doctor. Loved the online system, the entire process for sending the drone back to arriving back fixed was flawless. Refreshing to deal with such an easy and responsive company.Broke the drone on a weekend, sent it off Monday and had it back in the air for the following weekend.

These guys are amazing!My Mavic 2 Pro had an accident and was hurt pretty bad. Within 5 days I had a reasonable quotation to fix it and all repaired 10 days later. Great communication was had and they are based in Brighton, so I saved on the postage fees. Very happy and would highly recommend.

I telephoned this company today and received advice regarding my drone. As a result it is now flying perfectly. All without a charge. You cannot get better than that.Thank you.

Drone sitting down in their office for almost a week. Not a good expect as in other reviews. Garbled language about drone needing controller to test it. Why not say that before I posted it from far away? Prices so high I might as well get a new drone that is 100%. No problem sent it to Ryan at North Drones and got a brand new drone for 1/2 their quote. Yes, brand new drone for half the price of their repair of my old drone.

I crashed my DJI MINI 2 on a Saturday, poor timing as I had a job to do with in two weeks… However the drone doctor guy sorted me right out!!First off I found them online and booked it in for repair. It gave me the option to post or drop off. I dropped it over to their site which wasn't the easiest to park near but a short walk from Asda car park to the storage mart (where they’re located) isn’t too bad!!Now when I dropped it over they said they would have a quote for me by the end of the night… literally 3 hours later I had a text with two quotes… 1 a full fix including cosmetics or 2 a fix of the essentials… to have this choice is amazing as it saved me a few pennies and time at the end of the day!!Its now Friday… thats 4 days since i handed it in and its here with me and working!!! Incredible!! IMPECCABLE service!! Outstanding communication!!Will 100% be back if I ever total my drone again!! Thank you drone doctor

My drone was quite severely damaged after a collision with a tree. Upon receiving it, Drone Doctor quickly diagnosed the required repairs and despite a delay in accessing parts they were able to return my drone to me fully repaired, serviced and flying better than ever before. A great service from qualified people.

I had a minor crash landing with my DJI Mini 3 Pro and had sent it off to another repair centre, they had told me that the drone was unserviceable and damaged my drone even more. I found out about Drone Doctor and immediately sent it off to them to get it repaired. They had informed me of every step in the process before they carried out the repairs. I have now got it back and the drone looks as if it was brand new and works perfectly. Great communication and I would HIGHLY recommend Drone Doctors.Leon
