The wrong parts were sent, the customer service team did resolve the issue quickly but it was still inconvenient. The bed didn't come with printed out instructions I had to find them online, the instructions were not very good. The hinge part of the bed was a nightmare to fit the bed onto. The bed seems filmsy for the price.Also a couple of the parts had rust on them. I wouldn't buy another one from this company.

Bought bed ,came in damage boxes,one damage panel,opening is not smooth but no problem . Don't mind small issues. The bigest problem is they selling wall beds with not right description. If you buy any wall bed you going to have 3 cm gap between mattress and bed end. Nothing about it at the website. Not suitable for families with kids! Be careful, dangerous beds !!!
