Brownchurch have helped me out for over a decade- I've called them form the middle of the Sahara to arrange spare parts to be shipped out, and I wouldn't dream of using anybody else to service my Discovery. My experiences with 'proper' Land Rover garages has taught me that there are very few experts out there, and knowing a thing or two about the vehicles I have to respect the experience of the team all the way up to the boss! The fact that they are far cheaper is a secondary consideration for me, but I must have saved a few thousand in the last 10 years...

Did someone pay people to write these other reviews. What an appalling service. Had the car for six days. No communication whatsoever unless we called. Then, under some pressure, took 20 minutes to look at the issue and declared it could not be fixed for another week. Also a very poor customer attitude. I note that every other review is by a man so perhaps this is yet another example of how garages treat women customers!
