Hear4U Northampton Hearing Centre

Visited recently for the fourth time for wax removal. Superb service, friendly staff, lovely environment and issue resolved swiftly. Ben was great and told me exactly what he was doing all the way through the process. Will definitely be back again!

Had fantastic visit to Rothwell branch. Lovely Harriet was very informative and kind. I now feel like a million dollars with clear hearing and good advice for aftercare. I thoroughly recommend them.

For the third time in 6 years I visited Hear4U in Rothwell to have excess wax removed from both my ears.The receptionist was friendly and charming upon my arrival. I just had one form to fill in before going into the surgery. The man who was going to do the procedure(sorry I did not get his name) was also friendly and he explained thoroughly the procedure he was about to perform after examining my ears. He was very thorough and professionaland the whole procedure took about 30 minutes.I came out of the building feeling as though a huge weight had been lifted from me and I was able to hear 100% again. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and will certainly go again when and if my ears become waxed up again.

I found all the staff really friendly and approachable. I went along for a free check up, having noticed that I could not hear as well as I used to. They were able to show me the wax build up in my ears on a computer screen, then I booked in to have the wax micro-suctioned out. The procedure was clearly explained and I felt the audiologist took great care to ensure I wasn’t in any discomfort and that I understood what was happening throughout. And my hearing is back to normal! Would thoroughly recommend.

This was my first experience with an ear wax removing enterprise and it turned out to be a very positive one. A return visit was necessary in my case but well worth the time and cost. It was a pleasant environment and the staff were both friendly and down-to-earth (in a nice way). Communication was first rate at all times. Whilst it is odd that the NHS recommends ear drops which are not thought to be ideal by Hear4U, the latter stems from the care the staff are at pains to take with one's hearing and one always felt in good hands.

As soon as I spoke with a member of the Reception team earlier this week I was impressed by the professionalism and understanding shown. My husband was seen for Ear Wax removal within a few days, again such a friendly welcome when we arrived at the branch in Rothwell and the audiologist who completed the removal was informative about the procedure before going ahead, it wasn't long before my husband was back to his smiley self again. Excellent service. I arrived very early but the staff were most helpful and I received my ear wax removal treatment immediately. Harriet was very friendly and the treatment was explained clearly. Thoroughly recommended.

Great clinic, I desperately needed warwax removal and was going on holiday at the end of the week. Rothwell clinic managed to squeeze me in the day before I went, and hey presto! I could hear again. Efficient, professional and very friendly staff, and very good value for money. Can highly recommend
