TB Tiling & Bathrooms

Terry did a great job of tiling our WC. He was responsive, polite, friendly and patient, and extremely efficient. The room looks great and I’d certainly work with him again.

I would like to recommend Terry Bishop of TB Tiling and bathroom installation. He has tiled my bathroom beautifully, also installed a new shower unit, new bath panel, radiator, light switch and a range of other bathroom jobs. He was really pleasant, incredibly tidy, and very patient about having to go and get new supplies when I ordered the wrong things! Definitely the person to go to for any tiling or bathroom jobs.

Efficiency, hard working and professional Terry did our bathroom installations and put on floor tiles. He did an excellent job. Ive never met a professional plumber and tiller that carrys out his job so efficiently. I cant thank him enough. We are so pleased with the floor tiles. Previous trademan messed up our bathroom with leaks. Terry fixed every problem we had including the leaks. Terry fixed our tap, radiator and leaking drain for us at short notice. Was so helpful and reasonably priced.

I really don't like writing bad reviews because I know what it's like to be self-employed and rely on recommendations. However, if you need to complete your tiling within a specific timeframe - do NOT use Terry Bishop. We booked him two weeks before our start date - he cancelled the night before due to a family emergency. We gave him the benefit of the doubt and he let us down twice more - the last time, he didn't even contact us to postpone and I'd taken time of work (yet again) to open up for him and waited around all day (his phone was switched off). At this point, the tiling was 10 days behind schedule and had a knock-on effect on subsequent contractors that were booked in. Really stressful.
