Nail Creation Longton

Been here many a time . Never had a problem with my finger nails or a pedicure. Get there early when it comes to specific holidays. They do stay open later on certain days. Very busy most of the time. No need to arrange an appointment. It’s a walk in service. Staff usually get on with there job not ones for making conversation. All can speak English. The owners speaks more than the others . Only, criticism I can say is you can be sitting there and the technician can be chatting in there own language , Vietnamese , whilst doing your nails Chatting to there colleagues .They do many different variations of nails and I see a lot of customers come in with photos on their phone asking for a certain design. They use electrical equipment to file, cut and shape your nails. The premise are quite clean . There is a toilet which customers can use but haven’t seen used very often . They offer a discount card you can get stamped each time you go . This will give you £2 of the price after having your nails done 4 times. The max is £8 off after 12 visits. There is a pay and display car park at the back of the premises.Prices are going up ££. My gel nails can last me approximately 3 weeks. New staff have arrived now so takes a little longer to get your nails done. Approx 1 hour just for nails . There is a coffee machine but very rarely get asked unless your having a pedicure. Never any decaf or cold drink alternatives. There is music playing in the background all the time . Only certain staff can do pedicures. The lady who is co owner is very good at pedicures. They do men’s nails and pedicures. A few ideas for the future - When having a pedicure there is no where to place your coat or bag . Why not put a few hooks on the wall ? It’s cash only which these days I feel makes them vulnerable and the customers.Why can’t it be by debit card it’s safer all around ?. It’s a family run business and many a time their own children are entertaining themselves in the back after school or in the school holidays. Yes, I will be going back as I feel most of the staff try their best and I usually get what I’ve asked for.

Nails were thin. Asked for coffin I got square. Still sharp and rough on the edges. 1 broke within 1 hour of leaving the salon due to how thin it was all I did was pick up a towel. Also wasn’t the design I asked for.

First time there last minute decision after work and I couldn't be happier. So relaxing I could have nodded off after a busy week. Done within 1 hour which my previous 2 places have taken forever and they look amazing. Definitely my new go to place x

nails aren't even, when asked to correct he only did one nail, there all bumpy n thick. wasn't helpful with picking colours.

Lovely experienceMyself and my daughter walked in to book a appointment but was seated there and then nail tech's we're friendly and made sure we was happy step by step would highly recommend we are now very happy returning customers

I've been to this place twice as a man that like to take care of himself I was told 15 times the price of a pedicure both times I left a tip but won't be going back the service was appalling rude and rough just not what u need especially when u have just moved to an area you must never judge a book by its cover 20 years ago I bought a parade of shops that I still own now but because you look at me and see something you hate the then it was totally a bad experience for me . I the second occasion I had to wait and hour and as a young lady was jumping the queue sorted her first and I was just blanked .Well it's not a problem .other nail salons to visit and I will take my money and spend it elsewhere you have no clue who I am but that's how I like it no stars for this shop at all never coming back

They were not welcoming at all. The nail services left my nails weak and it didn’t feel like gel polish at all and the paint was messy and flooded my cuticles It is awful do not recommend

Disgusted, I was made to feel like I didn’t matter because I wasn’t spending as much as other customers. The older of the two men he was vile to me. He didn’t dry my nails between each coat. He unravelled a wire from a drier they obviously don’t use much and told me to just there with my nails under there for 15 minutes & just left, couldn’t see the clock so no idea how long I’d sat there, not used one of those for years!! My nails….you could see where he’d painted between coats uneven, they looked like a child had done them, they look lumpy & had chipped within two days because not done properly, absolutely disgusting how I felt & my nails never looked so cheap
