Where to start. The downfall of this practice is just insane. The change from how great it was with Dr Falls to how shockingly bad it has become with Dr Hussain / Hakeem, I'm struggling to describe it. I genuinely avoid going even if I seriously need to, just because of how bad the treatment of patients is. I am now leaving to go to a practice further away where i am not made to feel as though I’m doing something wrong by going in. Will definitely be forwarding this practice to the ombudsman.

Rude staff and dr Hussain sorry dr hakema is a bully. Bullies everyone. Makes them feel small. Has no respect for the elderly people. So glad I left this an awful surgery when I did. I hope it shuts down because it definitely doesn't meet anyone care needs. All dr hakeem cares about is the money. Rude man hope karma gets him.

Actually when I came from Pakistan I lived in BD7,the staff of that surgery was very responsible,as I changed my accomodation and also change surgery. Now I am feeling I didn't change the surgery. My son had infection of sore throat,he check and said he doesn't need medicine, that's why due to doctor Hakeem ignorance my son got serious infection, when I went for appointment he said send me picture through patches, what the hell is this?At evening time my husband went surgery for appointment,he again said send me pics. You cany believe heessagee no need to come here I sent your prescription to alchemist I went on evening time and he gave me only ibrofen. And now situation is that my all family got the infection of sore throat.

If I could rate this 0 stars then I would. Although im sad to read other patients have had the same diabolical experiences I’ve had with this surgery, im also glad I’m not the only one. I am so glad I have now moved GP surgeries and I would urge everyone else to do the same. The final straw for me was having to wait over 3 weeks for test results, everytime I called I would be fobbed off by a receptionist stating I would be called back.. I asked to speak to Shaheen 5 times and received nothing from her. When I finally got my test results I saw a locum GP who could not have cared less about my issue and disregard them. I have also had to chase up blood tests that were missed off and not done, missing paperwork that I requested. And don’t get me started on the attitude of some of the receptionists and ‘healthcare assistants’. I’m genuinely baffled this surgery are still in practice, they are just awful. I have now submitted a formal complaint to NHS England because nobody deserves to receive the disgusting care I did

The worst doctors ever especially doctor Hakeem worst ever experience he refused to sign my mother in law’s death certificate for a very petty reason. He has no humanity in him and is so unprofessional calls himself a doctor we was blessed that the ward she was admitted in the doctor agreed to sign death certificate he was a angel in disguise. Rude horrible staff will definitely switch gp now

Where to begin.#1. It's been 10 months since covid restrictions have been lifted in the UK and yet the surgery still locks its doors and requires patients to ask permission to enter the building causing them to have to shout through the reception window information about their appointments or medical needs removing the patients right to privacy and confidentiality in breach of GDPR regulations and NHS charter regarding duty of care and preservation of patient dignity potentially creating safe guarding issues for vulnerable patients.#2. Attempting to obtain an appointment with a GP is next to impossible, in the year myself and my wife have been at this surgery we have seen and spoken to a fully qualified doctor twice and any attempt to seek treatment from a doctor results in being sent to see a Nurse Practitioner as the surgery requires patients disclose their confidential and personal medical concerns to an untrained receptionist who then emails the GP to determine if you are deserving or not of his invaluable time, time he is paid for using patients tax money and NHS funding.#3. Seeking a referral is almost impossible for the last month my wife has been seeking a referral for specialist treatment only to be told on three separate occasions that the medical secretary is not in work but will be back in (X) days, when my wife calls to follow up at the specified date she is told the same thing again or outright hung up on and ignored. The reception team don't seem. to understand that they are employed by the NHS to serve the public not abuse the public many of whom are vulnerable and desperate.#4. Requests for medication are outright ignored resulting in patients being left to go without needed medications with no explanation or expression of apology by the surgery.#5. Raising any kind of complaint or expressing any kind of dissatisfaction with the surgery, its staff or the treatment recieved has reception staff and the practice manager labelling you as abusive" and hanging up the phone as they'd rather abuse NHS policies to avoid accepting fault or admitting guilt when failing those to whom they owe a duty of care.Anyone seeking a GP surgery in Bradford is better off looking elsewhere. You will not recieve treatment or help here only abuse

I had an appointment with Dr Khan at 2.10pm today.I believe he works there part time. He went through the whole process in regards to my appointment and his mannerisms were on point. I have had bad experiences with doctors in the past, for once I got a doctor who actually listened to me.Keep up the good work!

Worst people ever met in my life....careless doctors who always try to hide and avoid patients. In each scenario they try to delegate to the pharmacy or 111.I had my ear surgery 3 days ago and the bandage was paining and it was dirty as well. Since yesterday I am requesting to my GP(being my first medical reference point) just to check if the bandage needs to be changed or not.....but my doctor instead to talk me preferred to give guidelines to his secretary who was on call with me.....when I requested to talk directly to my doctor they refused and hung up the phone on my face....I am not a doctor and they do not understand this. They do not understand that we contact them not because we want to have a chit chat with them but because feeling unwell. Sometimes we may need just some confirmations or explanations regarding our health but obviously they instead to empathise with us they simply delegate to google. All other's surgeries are open they are the only one who still have the door closed.....just imagine.....you can't walk in your GP because they are sort of closed. The extreme is that if you need to give a sample of urine they tell you to go in the nursery just next to them.....so we being their patient in case of any need have to go in another nursery because they are still closed"."

Bad experience. Firstly I called them to book an appointment they said to contact them on patches. I mentioned my all detail and problem. The doctor Named ZK just replied just Go to pharmacy. I was in pain from last 2 days. He didn’t booked any appointment or didn’t gave me any prescription, he closed the message portal by himself without knowing my side.No benefit of having a GP.Really very Bad experience.
