Very disappointed with customer service Manageress rude and unhelpful in the problem I hadAnd kept stuffing her face with chip's while I asked for help with the issue , her answer were very curt .the office smelled horrible of take away food. will not be using them again

Really great service! The two guys in the office were really friendly and helpful. They call ahead of your booking to confirm everything and so you can get on your way quicker on the day. The car was really clean and new, and the office is really easy to drive out of too!

AA MEMBERS ARE CHARGED.This baffled myself AND the AA but they are now expecting payment on top of aa membership payment.They also had the displeasure of not bothering to tell me yesterday when I couldn't get the car the AA had booked for me. They did today when I had no time to arrange a loan after being ripped off for a ulez death trap not long before.If you are an AA member I would advise you to look elsewhere.Original post from 4 years ago;First ever car hire so had no idea what to expect. The staff explained everything and made the process easy and pleasant. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and great cars. Very nice stuff, sometimes I had to wait quite a bit for a member of staff without any customers present. Would book more often but unfortunately the rates are typically up to 2x more than those at Gatwick.

Very professional and helpful team in the Dorking Branch. Always eager to serve the customer whether it be by telephone or directly. I had left my item in the car and the Branch manager was really helpful and kept the item for me to collect later on. I would highly recommend everyone to use this branch after my excellent service experience. Thank you guys again.

Thank you Enterprise. You came through like champs for me. Delivered a great car, full tank and it made my job so much better! Car play and cruise control kept me out trouble with my mild arthritis and that was very appreciated. I can’t tell you what that means to someone who has to work in a slight panic because of the nature of his work. I’m a regular hire through Rainbow Productions and consistency is everything to us.

Terrible experience of the enterprise car club. Pre-booked a van for 8:30am, arrived at the location and the van was not there. Stood in the rain for half an hour until an Enterprise employee arrived in the van and told me I had to wait whilst they cleaned it. Once it was clean I was told I needed to wait for the manager to arrive. Only when the manager arrived would they give me the keys. I was paying the entire time and had to extend my booking by an hour as I spent so long waiting. I am cancelling my enterprise car club membership immediately and will not use them again.
