Paul from the office could not be more helpful, he arranged for my catio to be delivered within the week, and it was. The delivery driver put the catio where we wanted it, and offered my husband a few tips on building it. All round excellent service and brilliant quality. Thank you 4wire

My order arrived in good time, part of it was missing or lost in transit, but upon contacting an apologetic 4wire, my order was rectified and I received my missing parts days later, thank you very much, will definitely order from you again, the quality is amazing.

The catio arrived in panels, was very straightforward to erect, great quality, the cats are very very happy

I contacted 4wire to ask if they could make a bespoke run for my new house. We'd just received our completion date and it was close to Christmas. I was hoping 4wire could design and fit the run very quickly. Chloe assisted me with speed, kindness and professionalism. She kept me posted at every stage and managed to fit us in for the week we moved, despite such short notice. The attention to detail and quality with respect to the design, materials and fit were incredible and the end result was perfect. The run is extremely strong and weather resistant. The fitters were very friendly and worked so hard to complete the build in very cold conditions. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs an animal enclosure. The customer service and products are sensational. My sincere thanks to all involved.

Great catio! Amazing quality, fast turn around time from ordering to delivery and the guys who installed are fantastic. I've only had my catio for an hour and I already know my cats are so grateful - they're having the best time looking around and climbing the shelves! 100% recommended

Total headache, shoddy product, nightmare...Catio was terrible quality, some panels had missing wire mesh, others had broken and barbed bits of mesh, paid extra for a paint job that had worn off, items not sent out with original order, it's a good job there is a word limit here because the problems are endless.No response from the company despite several emails, have now approached credit card company to reverse the transaction. Awful experience.If you want a product that looks like it was made by someone on work experience, then look no further.

I ordered a walk-in run for my rabbits and throughout the process Chloe has been brilliant and helpful. Always keeping me up to date and was always so friendly. Shaun delivered and fitted my run and even recommended alternative options on the day which were better than what I planned. The run is made so well and the rabbits love it! Both Chloe and Shaun are an asset to the company.

I'm sure this company is expecting this review after the absolutely appalling products and service I received ... or not as it were!!Take a look at the photo's yourself and tell me if you would accept these????Well I for one was not accepting them !! Paid £123 for this in April, wood arrived soaking wet and absolutely FULL OF GREEN MOLD!!, the two rope bridges I also paid for with this order didn't even arrive. Contacted 4Wire who told me that this was not mold it was' Oxidization' from the wood treatment..... seriously.. you think I don't know mold when I see and smell it!!! Asked for a full refund as i wanted to return the part of the order that I actually received, said would arrange a collection over the bank holiday weekend, no call, no contact, no collection. 5th May still no collection, 7th May still no collection so called them back. Excuse after excuse again.Finally got booking info from 3rd party couriers, completed and requested a specific collection date - NO COLLECTION AGAINEmailed 4wire again, advised they have contacted XPD to collect.Finally collected on 13th May, I tracked package until return to site, had to call again about refund, nothing received.By 1st June (Remember this is from way back in April) STILL NO REFUND, excuse was lady in accounts bla bla bla.Gave them 5 days to get it sorted or was handing over to credit card company.FINALLY....... REFUND RECEIVED.Never in my life have I dealt with a company like this before, a total joke would never recommend based on my experience with them!Be Cautious!
