Excellent customer service from Max from start to finish, he went above and beyond to answer queries promptly. Just moved into a new build so had complete house done with a mixture of LVT and carpet. Rob Santwris carpets were £500.00 cheaper than my next cheapest alternative quote. A few hiccups regarding the original carpet being out of stock and having to have floors screeeded etc however, they were all dealt with promptly and professionally. Aaron and the team even came out on a Sunday to catch up following the screeding delay so couldn't fault it. Great quality flooring at a very competitive price.

I recommend this company. They were all very pleasant to deal with from girls in shop, to Rob himself, and the fitters also were quick and efficient. I will definitely make them my first stop for another purchase of carpets or flooring.

Amazing service from start to finish. Max came to measure for me and was so friendly and helpful, always there to answer any questions and with my move in date changing they were so accommodating. I highly recommend Rob Santwris! I've had my carpets done by them before and when it came to wanting new laminate for my kitchen I honestly couldn't have asked for better service from start to finish. Max came to measure up for the quote and from him I particularly felt we recieved such excellent customer service. He really wanted the best option for us and no question was any trouble. Unlike other companies who came to quote us he suggested we take a look under the old floor before deciding on the best flooring choice (we had many level changes we wanted to smooth out). From this point I felt so confident with the fitters and the flooring choice because they went out of their way to make sure we got the finish we desired. Fitting was quick and easy and the finish is perfect. The price was fantastic too. I won't bother going anywhere else in the future they are a great company.

I cannot put into words just how fantastic this place is, but I'll do my damned best to try. In short- don't even bother looking elsewhere, no other carpet shop in Newport comes CLOSE in any regard.I've recently had to renovate my front room to accommodate some guests, and part of that was of course the carpets. Rob & Co were the first place I went as they were round the corner from me, though I did end up looking at all options in the Newport area to get an idea on price.Not only was I given the best service of the lot by Rob's daughter, Katie - who was as accommodating and informative as one could be - but the quotes for a SINGLE ROOM were £200 cheaper than the next cheapest price.Being rather ignorant of the carpeting world, I assumed there'd be some kind of catch - maybe the carpet types they stocked were lower quality, maybe there would be insane delays or shoddy workmanship, but no - the exact same brands of carpet as all the others, unbelievably flexible timescales, and the fitting team lead by Steven were an absolute delight - very genial and friendly & absurdly quick and efficient in an awkwardly shaped room.They'd come round the day prior to fitting to attempt to seal a dip in the floor, only to realise their initially planned method wouldn't work. Within a matter of minutes they'd already come up with the perfect alternative and resolved the issue entirely.I genuinely can't fathom how Rob & his team even make a profit while offering the services they do at the prices they do. As and when funds permit, I'll be having every room in my house done by them. This is one of those businesses that it's hard to believe they even exist as they're just too good in every department. 5 stars all round, well done folks.

Highly recommend this company amazing service start to finish. Carpet fitters were great, really friendly and so professional did a quick and beautiful job of our bedroom and stairs carpets at a fantastic price.I wouldn't go anywhere else for carpets!
