Aerial Jacks Pole and Circus Academy

Totally forgot to leave a review for this terrible service back in June 2023.I turned up on time for my scheduled pole class with my sister. We arrived a few minutes before the class started and would have been happy to start on time. Unfortunately, I was greeted by two dogs on arrival (not a human).The booking site omitted that there are animals on site, I am not only uncomfortable with this, It is also that I have allergies to pet hair. As no member of staff was in site, I had to leave the room immediately, it then took about 5 minutes for Jacks to come out and respond to me (even though my sister went straight in to inform them of my situation) and I felt a lack of empathy for my situation. Whilst I can appreciate this held up the class by a few minutes, I could not enter the building.Had I known there would be pets there I wouldn't have booked this class. This is something that should be made very very clear.I asked for a refund the next day and was sent an awful message back, which stated the dogs are his children and that I was causing a problem. I explained that despite my allergies, similarly, if he had children on site I would find this equally as unprofessional and would not take the class.My sister took the class and although she enjoyed the class, she specifically stated she would not return as she stated the cleanliness was not up to par considering they have animals there (Animal hair everywhere, dust, rust on bottom of poles).Whilst I appreciate all of their customers have no issues with this (as stated by Jacks in his reply), you would not expect someone with nut allergies to be around nuts if it would compromise their health, and if you ommited this information I'm sure they would be due a refund... its kind of the decent thing to do.Nevertheless,they have no ethics, empathy or morals but PAYPAL do, as I reached out to them for a refund and got my money back straight away.

Great classes. Jack and George are really good at teaching all levels of experience from beginners to advanced and make everyone feel welcome. They're very accommodating in their classes, tailoring the experience to each individual even in a full class. Brilliant, talented teachers!
