Great food and service as always however we were left waiting for 15mins to be seated when the place didn't seem that busy which was a tad annoying. Otherwise no complaints.

Really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff are great, it is just not something I would normally choose to eat. Food was nice.

One of the most eagerly awaited Diners I was waiting for. Finally entered their outlet in Inverness and left thoroughly satisfied. Excellent spread of chicken in their heritage Peri peri sauces preparation. Chicken was lip smacking good and wholesome. Portions served were sumptuous. Selection of sauces and bottomless drinks were fascinating.Staff is very friendly and are prompt to ask of Allergen information before order and service is decently fast. A must Visit place after a long drive. Wheel chair accessible and open free parking.

I’ve never seen a big Nando’s restaurant in London . This is the best one I’ve been so far . The city of Inverness is very pretty, I’m loving everything about this place .

Great food as always! Really enjoyed the new garlic bbq! However when ordering they removed the butterfly chicken from my basket right as I was about to pay as they'd run out of stock

Clean, love the ambiance, staff not friendly. They served my food from half way across the table. It was almost as if I wasn’t welcomed in the restaurant. Horrible experience.

Visited Nando's with two friends around 1pm. Was met at the door by Claire, whom i assumed was the manager. Was told, in an unfriendly way to wait 15 mins even though the restaurant seemed at 30% capacity. Was shortly greeted by another waiter who promptly sat us at an empty table while she was away. This seemed to upset Claire who came to us asking if we were on some list. Did not feel welcome at all when we ate and I couldn't get over the treatment we received at the door. Perhaps a warmer welcome to customers would be nicer strategy if they are to enjoy dining at Nando's.

Seems like the only place in the mall that's open for dinner so it's likely you may have to wait for a table.The chicken here is really good, so juicy and full of flavour. Worth the wait.
