If I could give this company a rating below zero I would, Hatfields had my car for over 2 months it was used on 2 occasions for small journeys with no explanation, tracker proof sent to service manager , the car was returned with bodywork damage of which they are denying they have caused although the car was collected from myself by the AA and inspected beforehand with no defects.The after sales is absolutely zero the only phone line that gets answered is the sales option.The car was returned with a half hearted valeting attempt , I reported the issues to the sales receptionist but this was never recorded.Very unprofessional never again

I was looking forward to getting my dream car… I never got it! Sales staff couldn’t do enough for me when I was first interested and paid my deposit to hold the car. I got regular phone calls asking when I was going ahead with the finance, also the car could have been sold 10x over. I informed the company I would need to sell my car first. Sold my car only to be told the finance company was known for paying out late, 8 days after having no car I was told the finance company were no longer paying out, no old car no new car! Was also informed verbally that it wouldn’t happen and we just needed extra documents! On the Saturday I asked for a refund to be able to purchase another car was told this would be done on the Monday but this wasn’t passed over to a different sales rep or the business team, after ringing three times I finally got a refund. They love you when everything goes right but you’re left hung out when it doesn’t. The sales staff will disagree with this comment and state they done everything to help me but what I got was untruthful and misleading information. Went to another car dealer and finance was sorted out the same day and car collected two days later!! My complaint has gone to land rover directly as I feel it unfair for another customer to suffer this. Lesson learnt don’t sell you’re car until the other one is on you’re drive!!

Used LR Liverpool to sort a recall on my Range Rover, but won’t be going back. They asked me to have the car there at 9am on the Friday, but never started work on it until 2pm. They then discovered it’d take too long to finish, so I ended up without my car for 5 days due to some apparent damage incurred whilst replacing front knuckle. I was initially told I couldn’t have a courtesy car, but on challenge was given a Toyota Yaris which needed a service itself and was hardly ideal for someone in my line of work. Communication was poor until I raised concerns. On day 4 I was told it’d definitely be ready that day, only to be called on my way there (having cancelled appointments) to say it wouldn’t. Then, on the way home the brakes were clearly faulty and the bonnet almost came up when I joined the motorway as it hadn’t been closed properly on both sides. I’d have little faith in the mechanics at this dealership, which when the car next to the service desk is selling for £200k is embarrassing. Oh and just to encourage you to shop around, they quoted me £1650 for discs and pads all round, and I’ve just booked it in days later elsewhere for £1k less with official parts (and a competent, careful, ex-LR mechanic who nodded knowingly when I recounted my experience)!Update: having been to a professional garage it turns out LR hadn’t tightened my wheel bearing and had air gunned my locking wheel nuts on meaning one had to be drilled out. Oh and despite two emails to Mark as requested I had no reply. Eventually got a call from the area manager who acknowledged fault, but couldn’t explain why Mark never replied, couldn’t explain the constant swearing on my dash cam footage, couldn’t explain why the engineer hadn’t picked up the issue on his test drive of the vehicle, couldn’t explain why no damage inspection was done on the hire car, nor why my bonnet hadn’t been closed properly. I’d provided a five minute video documenting the experience and left no room for denial. Bottom line, beware - service standards are poor, but customer service is worse!As for the latest reply to this from LR - ‘resolved to my satisfaction’ means they accepted fault, said they’d investigate and then never spoke to me again. Seriously, if you have the option to go to Chester or Manchester instead, do so.

Bought a 2-yr old landrover on the Friday. Drove it less than 48 hours later and it broke down with a strong burning smell. Greg (who sold me the car), asked if I had “gone through a puddle”!! Returned to landrover and after numerous attempts to contact them and an email to the general manager, I was told there was nothing wrong with it and was returned to me the following Monday evening. The next morning, the engine light came straight on. My vehicle has been back with them for another 8 days. I have had no calls, no contact and empty promises that someone will ring me back. I have sent emails in on a daily basis which are ignored, the after sales service is the worst I have ever come across, they have driven my car and it’s been kept overnight in staff members addresses. So frustrating. I was sold a faulty vehicle and not had one apology, I would recommend potential customers look elsewhere,

Just purchased my new Range Rover Sport, and am totally in love, it’s the third car I have purchased through Gregg leatherbarrow who has been amazing with the setting up ect, I even popped back as wasn’t sure on how to do a couple of things, nothing was a problem, Gregg went through everything with me and my Daughter, we were made very welcome and had coffee ect, nothing was a problem definitely recommend

The sales man Gregg Leatherbarrow provide us an excellent service , very smooth sales process and incredibly friendly staff. He kept phone me to update my finance and documents. Whole process took about few days to collect the car. Now we are loving to drive the range rover velar.Would highly recommend as they have some amazing car for everyone.
