I booked an appointment with Manchester Carpet Fitters a couple of days ago. I was expecting to get my carpet fitted today at 1pm. Just to double check that this was still the case, I called at 12:30 and I was met with confusion and it was clear that they had forgotten that I had scheduled an appointment.Any-who, I was told that they were still up for fitting my carpet today and that I should expect a phone call from them, but Mohammed never called. At 2:30pm (an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment) I called several times and was met with plain ignorance. They completely IGNORED my phone calls and it went straight to voicemail.I don't understand why you would schedule an appointment, set a price for me and AGREE to fit the carpet ON THE VERY DAY and yet STILL NOT SHOW UP.The level of unprofessionalism and ignorance cannot go without being noted.I'm not even the kind to write up bad reviews, but genuinely save yourself the hassle of waiting around all day and go for another carpet fitter.

Please return my elderly mothers deposit if you’re not gonna do the job. Shoddy service and awful communication.
