CleoCapture Photography

I opted for the Christmas experience but have been left without usable images after the photographer gave my children chocolate oreos as I was changing my top in another room. When I came back in my children were already covered in chocolate and I kept trying to wipe it off them but the photographer kept reassuring me that she would edit all of the chocolate of them. After the shoot I was sent 1 single image of just 1 of my children which is all fairness was a nice, clean photo. I then paid the rest and was sent the remaining images of which are unusable, the children have chocolate on their faces, in their teeth and the pictures look awful. All I want is my money back but the photographer is ignoring my request. We did agree to reshoot but it has not gone to plan and the photographer has left me feeling really uncomfortable and awkward around the whole thing! I have explained several times that I just want a refund as I am not happy with the pictures and now wouldn't be happy bringing my children to her. I did try to claim my money back but PayPal have advised I have no claim back rights as a business has got me to pay Friends and Family, so I should go to citizens advice over this. To he honest it is ridiculous it has come to this and I am disappointed in Cleocapture as a company, all they had to do was realise they have messed up by ruining my children's Christmas photos and refund me. Disgusting service and I 100% would avoid in the future.

Jess was the main photographer at my sisters wedding from morning all the day through to late at night she is so lovely, she remained professional the whole time, she worked really hard she tried to get everything photographed, she really cares about job and it really shows. Wr all agreed that we would highly recommend her for any photo occasions, and many of our families have already taken her card to book her in the future. Thank you jess for all your hard work.

Nothing is ever too much, always goes above and beyond to capture the best and precious moments, would not book anyone else, if your looking for a photographer who will get the best pictures of your special moments I would 1000% recommend x

Jess was fantastic on our wedding day. She was lovely, friendly and wasn't pushy about formal shots like some wedding photographers can be meaning she captured our day perfectly. She got stuck in with the wedding guests and everyone has complimented her. Photo album turnaround was ridiculously quick and we're absolutely made up with them.
