Dr Z Nazif - Yardley Green Medical Centre

Feeling betrayed by a surgery I've been registered with all my life. Vowed to support me but in the end my word meant nothing towards my child. Unregistered my newborn child without my permission and he missed his injections due to this. When i went in as injection was being missed they said oh your child has been unregistered when i told them not to at the time they did not listen to me. They said they will send a letter for his injections and they did not he is four months now had to register him elsewhere. I left the surgery myself feel let down. As the mother of my child I'm sure I have a say towards my child too. Let down and disappointed.

My experience with DR Z Nazif was fantastic. She was caring, well spoken and gentle. She explained very well and took great care in managing the procedure. She was very supportive as I was nervous and reserved. She made me feel completely at ease and remained kind and professional at all times, felt like I was speaking to a family member. I would definitely recommend Dr Nazif as a gp, im not registered at the centre but will be registering my family and I soon.

Had a good experience with dr Nazif made me feel at ease and was very welcoming considering it was my first time at the surgery!
