What was delivered was not what was ordered.I ordered a very blue, almost neon blue bouquet of flowers, and what was delivery was a very red and different looking bouquet compared to had been ordered. When I followed the link on my online order receipt it took me to a bouquet image which was absolutely NOT which was there when I had placed the order. The image didn't even look the same as the bouquet had been delivered, let alone ordered!If an item which has a very unique and specific look is not available, it should be removed from the selections available! And nobody attempted to contact me to say my choice was out of stock and whether I would be happy to choose something else.And quite aside from the annoyance above, it's actually DANGEROUS to supply flowers which someone hadn't ordered. What if the recipient had been allergic to them!?First and last time I'll be using this company and supporting their local business.

Ordered a birthday bouquet from the US on the website. The flowers were delivered on time and they were beautiful! I would definitely order from The Flower Shop again.

Interflora lost out on my order yesterday, and any future orders, as they don't deliver to an address on the outskirts of Nairn. I can't speak highly enough of the Nairn Flower Shop. Never been disappointed with the bouquets I have ordered. Just picked up a bouquet for my good lady's birthday and it is stunning. She loves it. Quite disappointed with the bouquet of flowers I ordered, there wasn’t much to them for what was paid and they were dead within 4 days. Flowers also didn’t come with any box or water like in the photo.
