Following a burst pipe at my grans property, she was left with damaged flooring, carpets, furniture and certain aspects of the bathroom.I appointed Aspray to help manage the claim and I have to say, they made the whole process so easy, everything was done for me. They dealt with the insurer and their loss adjuster, the appointed all the workmen and coordinated everything for us. All we had to do was choose what we wanted to replace what was damaged.They communicated everything to us throughout so, we knew exactly what was happening and best of all it was a free service.I highly recommend!

Kylie, Gill and the equally lovely workmen at Aspray were our guardian angels. We had a mini flood in our hall after a so called 'Plumber' changed a radiator that resulted in the escape of water. Meaning the floor that continued into our lounge had to be replaced, along with a door, skirting boards and wallpaper. We didn't know where to start with claiming from the 'Plumber'.Someone recommend Aspray to us. Well, I couldn't believe it when I phoned them and Kylie answered. She told us not to worry, she would visit our home and take it from there. That she did, along with another lady Gill. They took over the claim and sorted everything. I was kept up to speed with emails and phone calls at every step. Aspray took all the worry away from me. I now have a new floor, new door, new skirting. All decorated and finished. Brilliant Aspray,I recently had a flood in my flat caused by a neighbour, there are 24 flats in my block, the flat’s Management Company weren’t interested in helping me, they said there was nothing they could do! So, I was on my own and unsure of my next move, fortunately I was introduced to Aspray (London East) Loss Assessors by contractors who were drying my flat out.Representing Aspray was Mr Satinder Grewal, he was excellent, he located and contacted the blocks insurers and set up a claim for me. He guided me through all the paperwork and Legalities to get my claim underway, I cannot thank Satinder Grewal of Aspray (London East) enough.Aspray managed to get the Insurers to pay for the repair of all the flood damage incurred. Further, Aspray also claimed for loss of rent due to the flood. We telephoned Aspray with yet another water problem and were advised and helped by Larry Hamilton -Wright. Larry guided us through the process of getting the work completed successfully, and although did not physically do the work, he was instrumental in getting our problem resolved. It was a very helpful and stress free situation when we had a major water leak. On contacting Aspray all the stress was taken off our shoulders and they dealt with the problem in a very efficient way down to all the minor details. All the workmen used were of high quality and very obliging.

Kylie was excellent. Once we handed her the insurance claim on our behalf she dealt with it and everything went smoothly without us having to deal with insurance company.
