6Adelphi Aparthotel

I stayed at 6adelphi in May due to attending UCLan part time and stayed there during my exam weeks. I was throughly impressed by the immaculate condition of the room I stayed in, it was spacious and the en-suite bathroom was very clean and with fantastic water pressure and heat in the shower. Having a 3 step security access also provided peace of mind for leaving valuables such as laptop in the room while attending my exams. All at a highly competitive price (the lowest price at the time) while being centrally located on the campus with easy access to local food. I was so content with the experience that I booked preemptively expecting to need to resit, however after passing, I no longer needed my booking, I however had forgotten to cancel. Due to the hosts proactive and attentive approach to my booking she was able to cancel this for me last minute at no charge, a service I very thankful for! All in all, I would argue if you need a low cost accommodation near/on the UClan campus, you will not find a better place to stay.

Room itself was clean with the essentials. Room and bed was smaller than anticipated though. Not a hotel either just some rooms in a building.Our stay was unfortunately ruined by extremely drunk people in the room next to us, and the walls are the thinnest I have ever experienced. Heard every conversation between midnight-4am as well as horrendous vomiting from a drunk man - Not sure why the walls are that thin?No parking on site either - a paid for car park 5 minute walk away but did not feel the safest area to leave the car!

Perfect little apartment hotel. Room was nice and cosy.Very good communication with host via phone considering its no reception and great handover of keys. Would highly recommend for a convenient overnight stay close to town.

Lovely cosy little apartment great value for money ,very smart modern and clean . Little kitchen on corridor to use if you wanted . Highly recomend

The room and service were lovely, however what let it down was that the walls are paper thin. I could hear absolutely everything. A group of god knows how many people, in the room two doors down, was having an orgie from 1am till 5am. Along with arguing on the corridor and someone next door having diarrhoea. Spent majority of my night wanting to pop my clogs because I couldn’t bare to be there anymore. Such a shame because the rooms unreal but location (being a student area) was not a good idea overall lol. No parking either so was struggling to find somewhere to park for a good hour that would provide 24 hours service. Such a shame but please make your walls sound proof!!!

A disappointing stay. The rooms are very simple, no tea or coffee making facilities within the room, no furniture apart from the bed, tv and two worn out, tiny bedside tables. My room wasn't very clean. Dirt and dust over the floor, the floor needed hoovering and mopping thoroughly. The bathroom was also dirty, the floor and walls needed wiping down properly, the shower had grime in the corners and in-between the tiles. The bed only had two pillows, although comfortable, there were stains on both pillows. The decorative cushions were worn and dirty, the throw on the bed was also heavily stained.Although the rooms are modern and well presented, with toiletries and water, the cleanliness is a real let down. Cleanliness of a room is the most important thing, with comfort a close second. Unfortunately, this room did not achieve either.

We were later than expected to arrive, contact was very prompt between us and instructions were sent very clearly to access our room. I received a phone call to ensure we had arrived safely and found everything we needed. The room, bathroom and shower was exceptional and would highly recommend this accommodation.

Didn't stay at this hotel because if how rude the reception staff was when I was trying to pay for the booking. I had to use someone else's card as my card had an issue and they wouldn't understand this and kept emailing, phoning and messaging about paying the booking. If that is how they act before I have even paid I know I don't want to stay there.

This is a great place to stay. It's close to the city centre and close to all amenities.The bed was super comfy and the room was very contemporary yet homely at the same time.The check-in was swift and straight forward. Friendly and professional service from Chelsea. She was only a call away.I love that it's unmanned, it added to the homely feel.I highly recommend staying there, great value for money. Plus, the showers are awesome!
