I can't praise this shop enough. In addition to a great selection of high quality bags at reasonable prices, the service is outstanding. I brought in a suitcase from the USA with a handle which had become stuck, and they fixed it for free. I purchased a backpack, and the zip became stuck after a few months. I took it back and they fixed it immediately, no questions asked and no need to show the original receipt. The proprietor said if it happened again, he would replace the bag for free. I won't go anywhere else for bags, wallets, suitcases, etc.!

Very good place to buy bags in all sizes, styles and price ranges. It had much more to offer than I thought when I went to check it out and the bags seem to be of high quality too. The lady who works there is very friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend this place.And don't miss the sales!

Was given discount and told to come back any time for free leather care treatment to keep my bag in tip top condition. So pleased with my purchase. Beats any department store. 2 cases purchased for a European Rail Trip. Unfortunately they would not roll which was difficult on trains. Reported the problem on return and have been into the shop this morning and issue solved by very helpful lady
