Took my watch to them to take out some of the links, he managed to shatter one of the links by hammering a pin into it and still had the cheek to charge me for it. Do not take your watches to this place

Passport photos were not uploaded to passport service website as promised.

Took a pair of much loved boots and a handbag in today. Was given a firm quote for repair costs for both, and they will both be back within a week. Good , efficient, friendly service. As ever this is a good company to do business with.

Great selection of novelty key designs. I mistakenly chose one which hit into my door frame, took it back and they exchanged it for a smaller one of my choice, no problem at all

The rudest staff member I’ve ever come across. When I approached the counter he stared at me as if he was annoyed I was about to disturb him, proceeded to answer all my questions in the most rude and annoyed manner. Just horrible. Terrible customer service. Avoid!

Thrice I have changed watch batteries at this location and same number of times that the batteries don’t work. Heavily suspicious that they are installing used batteries and possibly cashing the money as if they had replaced them with new batteries. Avoid at all costs. Rude younger new staff too.

If you don’t want any scratches on your watch, it is not your option!My watch battery needs a replacement, but it brings back with scratches. The staff told me what he made on my watch are not scratches, just oxidation…. He keeps saying the watch is too tight, would not able to open the watch for battery replacement, he has been working for 15years for this job,, but it is the fact that it takes 10seconds for another shop to open it. Sometimes you don’t need to force it open if you have the skill. And if you don’t have the skill, it is better improve yourself than blaming the watch.P.s. my watch is my wedding gift that shouldn’t be treated in poor workmanship, but I made a mistake.

Very bud experience. I brought my suit on Friday morning 24th July and they committed I would have had it back by Monday27th July. the gentlemen in the shop and the customer service guys are not able to commit by when I can have my suit back and I am still waiting for someone to call me and clarify what happened. I will never go back again as they are also rude and not be able to manage customer pressure when issues arise.I will write back in this review when and if I will have my suit back
