TUI Holiday Superstore

We have just booked our holiday at the Team Valley Tui & where we were looked after by a girl called Angela who was so helpful and made the process so easy. So much so we have done something we have never done before & booked the same location & hotel as we had this year based on Angela’s recommendation. She is a true professional & a huge credit to the TUI organisation.

Great service from Pauline. Booked our first family holiday and Pauline talked us through every part of the process. She informed us thoroughly of all the things locally for us to do and helped sort insurance. Very friendly and down to earth.Suzanne was also very attentive as soon as we walked through the door. A very happy personality and made us feel a lot more relaxed.Wouldn't go anywhere else other than TUI Team Valley.

We had seen some options online but were a bit unsure so visited store for some advice. We spoke to the most lovely advisor called Angela, what a gem!! She answered all our questions and even gave us options we'd never thought of. Her knowledge was amazing and her service was outstanding!! Well worth the visit to store.

My husband and i have just been to book our very first cruise.We were seen by a lovely lady called Angela.We told her about the ship we had been looking at and she had been on the ship herself so she was very informative giving us lots of tips. I explained that i was a bit nervous about doing a cruise and she put my mind at rest and advised that we should look at a cabin in the middle of the ship.She gave us lots of information about our ports of call and told us about booking excursions either in advance or when we get on board.We were both really happy with everything and we booked up.Angela was brilliant and we will definitely be booking future holidays with her.

We visited the store today and Angela was amazing! She helped us book our first non Uk family holiday, which is to Florida. She took the time to look at lots of different options for us, answered all of our questions and gave us some great advice from her own trip there. Not only did she give us her undivided attention for quite some time but she also managed to keep our two kids entertained and busy while she did it! Massive thank you, we’re really excited.

Such an amazing experience while booking our first holiday. As soon as we walked through the doors there was such a welcoming atmosphere. Recently we visited the TUI Holiday Superstore, Team Valley. We could not have wished for anything better. The customer service that we received was excellent and second to none. Natalia was so well informed; covered everything that we needed to know. She offered a number of destinations that met our requirements. The customer focus went beyond our expectations. It was outstanding. The whole booking process was made stress free by her expertise and by listening to our needs. This was something that we really appreciated. We will certainly be returning to book future holidays. Thank you to all the staff for creating such a welcoming atmosphere.
