Can't recommend them enough. Walked in and immediately we were offered assistance. Alan went through everything we needed, spent a long time looking at the options and considering our budget at all times. Nothing was too much trouble, every time I called about deliveries, adding more products, changing products etc. someone always answered quickly and extremely helpful. Brilliant team!

Very helpful and lots of very good advice given to me, I was looking for help to tile 600 x 600 tiles on to a anhydrite floor screen (liquid screed covering underfloor heating) this requires specialist knowledge from sanding the scale surface off the anhydrite screed to bonding the N&C nicobond D-Mat to the screed. Once the preparation was done it was straight forward to tile. After two years and having tiled the ground floor I can safely say all the information, work and materials have payed off, the floor I prepared and then tiled as a DIY job, is still perfect, no cracking what's so ever, we very pleased. Ordered our bathroom floor tiles from here. No pyt required upfront as order was small but even so thought that was very trustworthy of them. The tiles arrived on the day we were promised. We went to pick them up on the following Sat & received the same level of professional service and advice on all the associated items we needed, i.e. grout, adhesive, beading.etc. We also received a trade discount without asking which was a nice surprise. Thank you to Neil for his patience and assistance. Would definitely use N&C again rather than other DIY outlets. 10 out of 10!

Outstanding service received at this branch, dealing with my (novice!) bathroom refurbishment requirements. Would definitely make them my 'go to' in the future. Assistant I saw on each of three visits was Curtis who was very helpful. Store is currently unergoing a full refit so although I couldn't see items in-store at the moment their web site was very clear and easy to navigate and research through. Big store, well laid out and stocked.

Bought two 15g tubs of Nicobond ultra grip acrylic wall tile adhesive. We only used one so took the unused tub back today. The staff refused to take it back as id had it more than a week when challenged they said it may be have stored in conditions that would make it unusable. This is total rubbish this companies shelf life instructions are as follows.Shelf life- store out of direct sunlight.protect from frost.nicobond ultragrip has a storage life not less than 12 months if stored in original unopened container.
