had a huge issue with condensation on a fair few of my windows including patio doors. called C2C and within 2 weeks my glass was looking amazing. also had a few panes replaced at my offices the work looks seamless. great price and good banter with the blokes too.

QUALITY WORK !!! Had all windows and patio doors replaced fantastic quality and professional service, have already booked them to complete the windows on my outbuilding/man cave. Great company.

I had a few blown windows in my house, called them up and spoke to James. Couldn’t ask for better service, courteous and professional to the core. The window was replaced with no hassles and I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area.

Absolutely terrible customer service - would not recommend!! 2 complaints made and neither of them have been actioned.First complaint due to trying to cancel the service (never was given terms and conditions) - the quoter then sent threatening texts that they would win in court. Completely unnecessary and done over text!?As we had terms and conditions (we weren’t made aware of) we continued with the service and paid £400 for bedroom and lounge glass replacement. Huge gap in the bedroom window left that neither the quoter or fitter noticedThey said the gap was never there on quoting or fitting? The gap doesn’t appear over nightIgnored both complaints

Just had two French door and a kitchen window unit replaced. Would highly recommend! Great service from Cloudy to Clear - quick, efficient, friendly and professional. Great price not sure why we waited to get them replaced would definitely not hesitate in future.

If you like extortionate prices, unhelpful service and someone who is a con-artist. This is the perfect place for you to get your windows done! I have just had an 8 month dispute battle because he ripped me off! My advise would be stay clear" and save yourself the Hassel."

Can't fault the service I have recieved. From start to finish I've had no issue. Was looking at getting my patio doors replaced as one door had blown. C2C were recommended by a friend. Not only were they considerably cheaper I can't fault the service. James returned my call within 24hrs and we went from there. It wasn't a problem having to change dates at the last minute due to having to isolate. Would highly recommend.

From the initial quote which to my surprise was really competitive, to the completion of the work James kept me well informed of all costings which was great as I was working on a budget. Very professional job from start to finish and in a timely fashion.

I cannot praise this service enough from the moment I contacted them- the young girl was polite and friendly. James attended my property and arrived on time , he was polite and friendly . The service is excellent . I shall be using them again and have recommended them to family
