The staff at Brentwood have been nothing short of amazing from the moment we booked our viewing to securing the property. What you’d imagine to be a stressful process was like a walk in the park. We’re so happy to have found our new home that has been decorated to such a high standard with all relevant checks being completed before our move in date! We received amazing customer service from Victoria and Joe and we can’t say how truly thankful we are. We cannot recommend them enough!

Im pleased to say that me and my mum are very excited for this new chapter in our lives!! We have been struggled for months to find a property that suits but Brentwood have made our searching easier ever since we have discovered them online. As we have now found the best property that we can call our own home now!!. This letting agency managed to provide us with nothing but an excellent customer service. They are very very friendly and outgoing team who are passionate to offer properties that best meet your needs abs requirements. We were served by the lovely Victoria at Brentwood! She is a very understanding and dedicated team member who goes all out to provide the best support for her clients!!… We are also very happy with our new landlord and are looking forward to form a positive relationship between us :)) if you are looking forward to rent then I would honestly consider Brentwood as they are very professional letting agency! I highly recommend renting with them.

I'm relatively a new tenant with Brentwood Lettings and my own personal experience with this Agency has been extremely positive. Any issues I have had with the property were dealt with great efficiency and professionalism. One call and within the hour they had the plumber out to me. He was an absolute gem, not only was he just good at his job, but his customer service was brilliant. He was patient and understanding towards my needs, therefore on this occasion I'm a very happy tenant!

Brentwood is my second agent, my first one was useless and it was very frustrating dealing with and I could never get hold of them when I needed them.Brentwood is a breath of fresh air. All staff were friendly especially Joe whom I normally deal with, very responsive and professional in dealing with all my queries. I'd also like to give Amy a shout out too, she was a star when she helped me with a number issues at the beginning.Any work which needed doing to the property was promptly repaired and I was charged a reasonable cost. Very happy with them and will not hesitate to recommend.

We have been letting out our porperty in North Manchester with Brentwood Lettings since 2007 - initially it was to be a 2 year period whilst we tested the waters for living abroad.Apart from one incident where despite the checks being carried out the tenant caused a lot of problems and had to be evicted, it has worked well and Brentwood have kept us informed of property checks, repairs and safety checks as and when they have needed to. The current tenant has been in residence for approximately 5-6 years now.The staff have remained pretty much the same during the 15+ years of dealing with them which gives us confidence that we will get a consistently good service from them which is much appreciated.

I decided to use the team at Brentwood to manage my rental property for me and have used them for several years. Always a rapid response in dealing with any issues. Had no problems with any tenants placed by them. I couldn't be happier with the service and it means I don't have to worry about managing the property at all.

Brentwood Lettings has been nothing but perfect from the get-go. Joe Beck started managing my property since 20th October 2017 and has taken care of everything, from viewing visits, vetting the right tenants, employing trustworthy workmen, and handling any tenant queries. Joe always keeps me in the loop with any issues with the tenant, property or any annually safety checks that are due. So I know exactly what's going on, but takes care of everything himself, leaving me stress-free. Joe really works around the clock to make sure things are running smoothly, and both landlord and tenant are kept happy. I will always be happy to recommend Brentwood Lettings to any of my family and friends because they made my 5yrs experience owning a buy to let property easy, peaceful and stress free.

The application process was smooth and completed online & I was able to move us in to a home ready to be lived in - within 2 weeks of viewing.
