I've known Eddie for a long time and have always known him to be a reliable guy. He responds very quickly to my requests and makes quick contact. He's happy to negotiate times with my tenant instead of making arrangements through me. He talks through what needs done and parts that are required for the job.

Requested a call out during the early hours of the morning and staff attended within 20 minutes to replace my front door lock. Provided a great service and completed the job within 15 minutes. Customer service also excellent and great value for money.

Key got stuck in my front door with no way to remove it. Called ECF Locksmiths and Eddie arrived very quickly to have a look. Took him less than a minute to work out what the problem was. Ended up needing a new lock which Eddie provided and fitted. Turned into a slightly trickier job than expected but this didn't seem to faze him at all. Really tidy and really, really fair on pricing considering the quick turn around and work involved. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend ECF for a minute!

Brilliant service. I had a problem with the lock on my back door this morning, he was there within 20 minutes and replaced the lock there and then. Not too expensive either. I would definitely recommend ECF.

Excellent and friendly service! Our keys were becoming increasingly difficult to turn in our lock. Eddie was quick to reply and attended to fix our lock. New lock fitted and what a difference. Highly recommend ECF.

Eddie was a great communicator. He was very efficient and turned up when he said he would! It ended up a very small job for him and he wouldn’t take a penny from my elderly parents! What a gent and fabulous service! Highly recommend!

Great service from ECF locksmiths. On contacting Eddie by Facebook I literally had a reply in minutes and an appointment set up straightaway. Eddie attended at the date and time set and solved the locking issue on a patio door. Highly recommended and will definitely use again.

Can't recommend ECF enough, excellent service and thoroughly professional. Phoned re issues with our door lock, Eddie came around without knowing what the exact problem was and was able to unlock the door. Eddie established that the mechanism needed replacing. I thought it would take a day or 2 to order the parts, but Eddie had the parts with him and repaired the mechanism right there and then, which secured the door which assured us. Issue resolved within 24 hrs following the phone call. Great service and excellent value, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Having known Eddie for several years and always known him to be very professional and working to a high standard - I asked him to have a look at our front door due to it rubbing against the frame when opening/closing the door.After speaking with Eddie, he arrived a very short time later and fixed the problem within minutes. That’s including him also identifying another small issue with the door which he fixed as well.Delighted with the work carried out, a very prompt and professional service to a high standard.Thanks again ECF - it’s like having a new door!

Helpful, friendly service. After the locksmith tried to solve the issue remotely via video call, was the only local locksmith who lived up to their 24/7 label and was willing/able to come out on a Saturday evening to solve my elderly mother’s lock out. Clear pricing quoted and travelled from Arbroath-Dundee within 3/4 hour. I’ve bookmarked their website, as he will be my first choice in the Dundee area should the unexpected happen again.
