Great customer service!

Open on a Sunday during Covid and dryers are a lot cheaper and hotter than other places 20p for 3min. Can take a stroll in Whittington park opposite while you wait. Will definitely go again!

The lady in there is really helpful

The laundry attendant was very abrupt and kept watching over me because he thought I didn't know which slots to put the correct coin into. However he continued to hover next to me, so I decided to unload the machine and washed my clothes elsewhere.

Even one star is too much for my experience there. I took there a duvet and two pillows and I could not tell at all they were even put in the washing machine. The stains were still there and they did not smell any powder nor softner. I asked my friend and another person in the shop if they can tell any sign of washing and none of them could say Yes ... The lady kept saying the feather does not smell after wash which I never heard of before, in fact the cover is cotton and why were all the stains still there leave aside the smell. I did get the same items washed last year somewhere else and they were perfectly cleaned. I do not recommend this place to any one. PS - I hardly leave negative review for small businesses even I am not happy with their service but this one was very frustrating.
