Extremely happy with the work Barry and his team has done on the outside of our house. We had new gutters, fascias, rendering done and then completely re-painted. Super friendly, knowledgeable, very professional and will definitely be using them again. Can't recommend them enough!

SAS Builders were recommended to me by a friend. Barry and his son Tyler were friendly yet professional. I didn’t really have a clue what I wanted but their advice and knowledge were second to none. They checked with me every step of the way to ensure I was happy with their work as they went along. Yes there was a lot of dust from cutting the slabs but they ensured everything was washed down and tidy before they left the job. (including the grass and plants).They took all the excess soil , rubble etc away. They were very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them to carry out any landscaping work. Thank you Barry and Tyler, I’m looking forward to sitting out on my new patio soon.

I can't thank Barry and his team enough for all the remedial work they carried out on my house, after I had an issue with a previous company who had started the rendering in a fashion. Barry also repointed my chimney and replaced the soffits, facias and old cast iron guttering. Barry's and his teams skills are second to none, and having the confidence and trust in the company you contract to work on your property is so very important because you know they can deal with any issues that arise, especially with an older property. Another fabulous job done by Barry and his team. They have just finished painting our hall, stairs, landing and living room. Barry has extensive knowledge and no job is too small. They go over and beyond and kept us updated on a regular basis. I cannot rate or recommend SAS Building Services high enough.I decided to use my recent inheritance to fund changes to my house to cater for my disabilities and prepare for problems that come with old age. I decided to have my kitchen and dining room extended, a new kitchen fitted, have a downstairs wet-room and toilet built and have my three bedrooms refurbished.Never having employed a builder before, I went with a recommendation to get a quote from SAS Building Services. Luckily Barry was able to undertake the work and arranged for me to visit a previous customer's house which I was very impressed with and the owners couldn't speak highly enough of him, so I agreed the quote.Barry supplied me with a programme showing the order in which tasks would be carried out and a corresponding timescale. This was a great help and enabled me to prepare for each stage, including times when it was best for me to be living away from home.Barry and his son Tyler were professional in their work and hard working, and most importantly for me, they've been friendly, kind and considerate. Although it has obviously been a stressful time for me, Barry and Tyler have gone out of their way to make the process run smoothly and ensure I have been kept safe at all times.The work has been completed now, all but a few finishing touches, and I am immensely pleased with the end results. Barry and Tyler have gone out of their way to ensure that they leave my house and garden clean and tidy and that I am completely satisfied with the completed works.In summary, I consider myself to have been very fortunate to have chosen SAS Building Services to undertake the work, am extremely pleased with the results and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Highly recommend Barry and his team. Had my gutters and fascias redone, exterior paint work, block paving driveway and some paving in my garden. He has so much knowledge, excellent communication skills keeping me updated as the work progressed explaining everything, answering any questions I had, very well organised, friendly, reliable. We are very happy with our new kitchen and cloakroom. Work was kept on schedule and we were always kept informed on the progress of the project. Where required suggestions were offered and one such idea for tweekng of the kitchen design has made such a difference to the look I will always be grateful. S.A.S Building Services are brilliant tradesman with so much knowledge, Barry and his team prepared and sealed our kitchen floor for new flooring laid. They were approachable, kind and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.
