Very disappointed with their service and aftercare. Asked for the laser treatment and Raphael checked with receptionist and I was booked in for the following day, however I never received the treatment. I have been left in considerable pain and was unable to get any sleep last night and the pain has continued today. After contacting them and asking to cancel any further appointments due to pain i had been left in, I received an email saying if they could be of any further help to contact them. There was no concern or support offered as to why i had been left in so much pain. Only after i emailed to complain about their aftercare did someone try to contact me. But the trust has been lost due to this needing to be pointed out!I have now paid £88 and I am in more pain than I was before my appointment.

I have been using Anglia Chiropractic for 8 years for chiropractor and laser treatments. They are helpful and professional at all times and have really improved my general health and well-being. They are passionate about their work and keep abreast of developments in their field. It’s a pleasure to deal with them. Highly recommended.

The best chiropractor clinic there is in Norwich. Andy is very helpful and understanding in what I need. He did not feed me bull. Instead he explained alot about my spine and what may help... Over the pass few months my slip discs have been getting better with lazer treatment.Big thank you to Andy and Donna for all the help they have been given me. I am still having lazer treatment here and will still return when I need to.Would 100% recommend anglia chiropractor

My wife and I went to see Andrew on a recommendation from a friend and am so pleased we did. After suffering bouts of back pain for years I can honestly say that my problems are now few and far between. Do not leave it too late book an appointment to see Andrew a true professional with a great sense of humour (which seems to have rubbed off onto his staff).

Raphael is most professional and knowledgeable. He takes a holistic approach and helped me in the past with pain issues. I now attend for 'maintenance' to keep on top of tightness and stiffness problems.

My husband has been visiting Andrew for the last 6+ years!! We feel part of the furniture, Andy working his magic on my husband's back, after a visit to Andy my husband is a fixed man. The rest of the team are great too I can call to arrange my husband's appointments & I feel like I know the staff personally they are extremely accommodating to make sure they can arrange appointments around your other commitments highly recommend

Unfortunately, wouldn’t recommend. Attended numerous sessions with Andy for issues with lower and mid back. Problems with lower back lessened but mid back issues remained the same. Found it peculiar that Andy felt it necessary to crack my neck every session but didn’t question it as he was the expert.After some time my wife insisted I tried elsewhere and haven’t looked back. Immediately evident from their investigation, approach and technique that this was the right choice. Now finishing third week and back has not been this well in a long time.P.s. not a single neck crack required which I suspect confirms my suspicion that this was akin to a party trick.In summary, whilst I am grateful for the effort, I would highly recommend seeking treatment elsewhere.

First class treatment from a first class team.All of Andrews staff and colleagues that I have had the pleasure to meet or been treated by work in a professional , polite, knowledgeable and friendly manner. The receptionists being front of house always put you at ease straight away.Having been in pain thinking I might have to reconsider my career, Andrews combination of chiropractic and laser treatment restored me back to fitness in a matter of weeks. I can’t speak more highly of the treatment I received.

I have been receiving treatment from Andrew for over 4 years and during that time I have always found him and his staff extremely professional in everything they do. Donna and Louise are always welcoming on reception and we usually manage to have a laugh or two! Most importantly Andrew has sorted my sciatica out and I only have to visit occasionally now to ensure that my health and fitness is maintained. Definitely 5 star treatment!
