Excellent customer service and offers a good range of clothing and shoes. Had an issue with an item which was sorted out very promptly and without fuss.

Having purchased my Vans from here everytime I'm in need of a new pair i know i will get a variety of choice, and great customer service but today has unfortunately changed my opinion of the place! On the 18th of September i bought a pair of new Vans i wore them for the first time on Wednesday for them to cut my foot (never happened with previous shoes) i rang the shop to see if they would exchange me a new pair as they clearly have a fault and was asked to take them back in. I went into the store today to sort it out and was told because i had worn them i couldn't have and exchange because in the managers opinion they didn't have a fault he said i could purchase another pair with some discount! It's left me with a pair of shoes at £52 i can't wear the manager was VERY rude VERY arrogant and in the clearly in the wrong job. He didn't even look at my receipt had clearly made his mind up before even looking at the shoes. I'm so angry at such diabolical customer service. I know working in the shoe trade myself that if the shoe has a fault they should exchange. My advice DO NOT SHOP HERE !!! I will be putting in a complaint and contacting trading standards.

I lost my wallet here today, however the staff went above and beyond to help me find my wallet. Their customer service is outstanding and I highly recommend them to anyone. They also sell a large variety of popular products and military grade clothing as well
