I got a prebuilt PC a few years ago and have been slowly upgrading it myself so far ram GPU and a new CPU cooler, but I find out to replace the motherboard to get a new CPU and the task seemed daunting so me and my dad brought it here he was very helpful. Very nice and definitely seem like he knew what he was doing, but after he left it day he called my dad and said the motherboard was too big to fit the computer which is my dad’s fault completely, but we have ordered the correct motherboard and we are going to take it to him for the work would definitely recommend

He went the second mile to get the part for the best price and fit it as soon as was possible. It was at Christmas last year and our church needed the laptop working for our Midnight Mass - he worked hard to make this possible. Very satisfied customer!

I can't speak highly enough of the IT services provided to us by Wayne. We have been struggling to get our internet signal throughout our quirky house and Wayne patiently and through much trial and error found the optimum configuration for us. He handled all the details and reconfigured our wireless routers. Additionally, he professionally ran wires for us and also recovered data from a crashed hard drive. Truly exceptional service - expert knowledge, polite, honest, on time and reasonably priced!

I took my son's gaming computer to Wayne to have some components replaced with upgraded ones we'd bought. From our first appointment Wayne was friendly, helpful and reassuringly knowledgeable, in a way that was easy to understand. Even though, in the end, the parts we'd bought weren't right, so the work couldn't be completed, Wayne was accessible and helpful to the end.We've now purchased the correct parts and will definitely get Wayne to do the work for us.
