We ordered about 29 mains, starters and sides for a couple of xmas do's at our club. Gave them advance notice of what we wanted and a time slot. I cannot praise them enough for getting the orders correct and everything was piping hot. Everyone commented on how good the food was. I had the Bangla Flame and would highly recommend it if you like your food hot. I will definitely order from them again.

Ordered through Just Eat. Had a text through after ordering to say I had to pay an extra £3 for delivery. Delivery driver was rude on the phone and told me to wait outside because they were close. They arrived 20 mins later, and were rude and aggressive because I had a mild objection to having to pay an AD Hoc fee, which isn’t legal or professional. Hopefully they get taken off the site

Ordered via just eat. Was sent a text by presumably the owner saying that I would have to give them extra cash in hand when the food was delivered due to the location I was in (I’ve ordered from other places many times to the location and never had any issues!). Then someone called me to say I need to wait outside with the cash as they were close. I ended up waiting 20 minutes for their arrival after that phone call! Shocking service, I would not recommend to anyone.

Ordered tonight paid £3 delivery to be told by the delivery driver it’s an extra £2 didn’t even have time to plate up the food before they were ringing multiple times for the £2 to be paid on card over the phone.

Third takeaway from here, each of which has been brilliant. The meals themselves are fab enough , but I'm struggling to work my way through the side dishes and rices.....I want all of my favourite extras every time now....I'm going to need bigger clothes!

First time ordering from here tonight and we weren't disappointed. Delivery arrived right on time, and the food was piping hot and fresh. Couldn't have been better if I'd have took it straight from the oven. I had the lamb madras and my wife had a mild chicken dopiaza. We split an egg fried rice and had a cheese naan, a keema naan and some onion bhajis. All cooked to perfection. The girl on the phone was very helpful and polite, as was the driver. Will definitely be ordering again. Thank you.

Do not order from here. I ordered via JustEat & paid the delivery charge shown upon order & about 15 minutes later received a phone call demanding that I pay an extra delivery fee when the order arrived. I refused as this was not what I agreed & now the restaurant are refusing to refund me for food that I never received. Very unfair, dishonest & disgraceful service.

I've ordered from here a handful of times. The flavour never disappoints, the delivery did on one occasion, being an hour late (due to being super busy and bad traffic), but the manager gave me my next order at half price - which I thought was incredibly professional customer service. Kudos.
