great deep tissue massage, sorted my lower back out in one visit. went back again to sort my shoulders and neck with brilliant results. I will be visiting again to keep things in check rather then letting them get bad before I do anything about it.

Had a deep tissue back massage from Laura to ease my office back and it hit the spot. Really helped ease the pain and tension. Will definitely revisit.

Had the Hopi Ear Candling and the back, neck and shoulder massage. Loved both Treatments, really enjoyed them and came out feeling very relaxed. The staff were all lovely too, I would highly recommend to anyone and will book some more Treatments in the future

I’ve been coming here once a week for over a month now and I can honestly say it’s such a good service, staff are friendly and welcoming, the massages are just what I need and the price is good too! Would recommend to anyone

0 stars if there was an option. Completely inflexible and quite happy to take money spent on a gift voucher with no flexibility offered. Very short sighted - I will not use the Salon again and would advise other people not to use a business with such poor ethics.My Daughter received a £40 gift voucher for her 7th Birthday in June, we had assumed the voucher would be valid for 12 months however, discovered 3 days before the voucher expiry that it was only valid for 6 months.I contacted the Salon to advise of the situation and request whether they could extend the voucher just a couple of weeks. I was also quite happy to pay a further £60 for myself and my other Daughter to also get our Nails done at the same time.They initially claimed the Voucher expired on 09/12 however, the Voucher quite clearly states an expiry of 10/12. The Salon point blank refused to extend the voucher and suggested a 730pm same day appointment (for a 7 year old who would be in bed at that time!!), a 530pm appointment on the following day (Friday) which we were unable to attend as our car is in the garage and we have no means to get there or on the Saturday (which I had explained I could not do as it was my Older Daughters Birthday Party on that day).Having again requested whether they could extend the voucher to the Monday given it expired on a Sunday when they were closed, they advised they are also closed on Mondays. I requested whether they could extend it until the Tuesday, the next working day, and was again told no. I was advised the voucher was self explanatory that it expired on the 9th and they wouldn't extend it further (despite the voucher quite clearly showing an expiry of the 10th!).It's quite clear the Salon are quite happy to profit from the payment without attempting to make any exceptions... even for a 7 year old child who is now really disappointed she isn't able to use her Birthday Gift Salon visit.

I found Sue very friendly and accommodating when booking trying to line up two people's treatments and changes to the treatments the day before.I had a full body pamper which was very relaxing, Georgia was very friendly and considerate.My friend had the pregnancy pamper and found it really enjoyable and relaxing.Would certainly return

Second visit today, such a wonderful experience. Had the best massage. If you just want to treat yourself and unwind....or someone else! This is the place to go. The staff are amazing-so helpful and friendly.
