Called this company for a simple job. Change a door panel so I could fit a dog door. The guy was friendly enough and said he'd try to come round later that day or the next morning. Weather was great that day and the next so thought maybe that's why he didn't turn up and I don't blame him because he said that he'd try to come round.Waited till Monday... Nothing..... Left him a message on Tuesday morning to jog his memory.NOTHING.No call back, so he obviously doesn't want the job. Why not say that?I do and will need new windows and doors in the next couple of years (don't have the money right now) and I touched on this when we first spoke.Well my business will be going elsewhere.

Utterly delighted with the work carried out by the boys at West Coast Window Systems. They were very quick at responding to my request to get a quote for replacing 6 windows and 2 external doors. The price quoted was extremely reasonable and the communication from James from start to finish was excellent. They were able to carry out the work in a tidy, professional and friendly manner over the course of 3 days. Absolutely delighted at the quality of work. My home now looks so much fresher.
