National Windscreens Bridgend

After having windscreen broken we rang our insurance they put us through to national windscreen bridgend. We were told we get phone call within 24 hours when it was in stock, they rang 2 weeks later on 23rd june booked us in for 26th june to them ringing on 26th that they couldn't do windscreen as they didn't have any there. They then run back in afternoon on 26 to be told they have windscreen now in stock and to be told then could fit it on 27th june. Meanwhile i rang local windscreen company in pembrokeshire. windscreen been sorted with 15 hours. When they rang on 26th in afternoon NO apology from then arrogant beond believed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The boys at National Windscreen Wales in Bridgend are OUTSTANDING! Not only did you fit a new windscreen for me which was fantastic they also retrieved my eternity ring. They are so professional, experienced and personable. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my glass fitting. They really know what they are doing and nothing is too much! Would highly recommend!

Very professional services, explained all fix vs repair options and then proceeded to replace windscreen at my request very efficiently. I had to wait for drying time and the two technicians i dealt with were very hospitable and amiable, the premises were noticeably clean and tidy; I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Wasn't pleased at giving up a Saturday morning because of a cracked windscreen needing repair but booking process through to driving out of the garage was a really zero stress process, very pleased.

After waiting over a week for a replacement windscreen from another company my insurance company uses my patience was spent when they said they could come for a further 9 days . After phoning my insurance company to explain they ejected me to National Windscreen. They could not have been more helpful! Within the hour they informed me that it would be replaced the next day. Two friendly men turned up when they said they would and replaced screen in no time. Excellent fitting service and customer service from the whole team. THANKS

Great service from Bridgend. Was told by the main office it would take 4 hours to do job , arrived and chap was waiting for us , straight in job done in hour and a half . Polite and courteous. .

Couldn't have been more helpful. My insurance company couldn't do the job within 3 weeks, National Windscreens had the front screen ordered, supplied and fitted in two days!

I can't fault the service I received yesterday when I dropped my car off for a screen change. I was greeted by the most friendly and happy fitter on my arrival. Terrible service turned up on the first day couldn't do the job as it was slightly spitting with rain wasted a day off booked another day off to have a phone call at 11am that the wouldn't be coming as there was a scratch on the glass only checking that morning cancelled with them booked with autoglass had it done within two days and no issues at all as the turned up with a awning on the side of the van. The staff member of national windscreen was very unhelpful. I would never use thi company again

I’ve got a cracked sunroof, went on website clicked on the panel that needs replacing and website said Bridgend branch was my nearest one and can do the repair. So booked it in(3days ago) just phoned up to confirm time to drop car off to be told they can’t do it at there branch. Left me lumbered plus I’ve booked the day off work so I could get this done. Why did the system allow me to book a job at a branch that can’t do the job plus why didn’t contact me to explain as I would of been happy to travel further afield if needed.
