Meridian Blinds & Awnings

I had a few blinds fitted, and one of the cords needs replacing.Meridian, apparently, don't offer ANY after-sales support. No repairs. Nothing.If anything goes wrong with one of the blinds they fitted, the only option is to buy a new blind.Initial service and fitting was good, but if I'd known about the zero after-sales policy I'd have gone elsewhere. Sorry to say I wouldn't recommend Meridian.UPDATE: following the owner's comment below... it wasn't 13 years previously - although the message I got when I called means that the timescale is irrelevant. You buy a blind - it breaks - tough luck.And please note: I wasn't making a warranty claim or implying that the goods supplied were defective. I was happy to pay for a replacement cord - but in a world of endless waste I object to having to buy a whole new blind when all that needs replacing is a piece of string!There was no discussion of cost - just a flat no - we don't repair any blinds. You'll have to buy a new one""

Martin was very helpful when providing various samples of the blinds available for our bi-fold doors as we had requested.Very easy ordering process and communication of delivery dates and fitting was exactly as outlined to me initially.The fitting itself was superb. Much quicker than I had anticipated and I am very happy with the workmanship. The finished product looks fantastic and compliments the doors.Would happily recommend.

A third blind for us from Meridian. The usual professional and reliable service Martin. Will recommend.
