In-toto Ealing

I have used intoto in Ealing on numerous projects. They have offered immpecable service, great designs and customer service. The manager and head designer Darma Vaja is an extremely talented designer and really accommodates budgets and all my designer requests... Would highly recommend intoto Ealing!

Beware with this franchise as they will eat your money especially the store manager Darma Vaja who wont respond after payments have been made. You've been warned!Latest edit: Also a shame he is getting his friends to write positive reviews to save himself from further shame. Extremely shameful act!

We had our In-toto kitchen installed around 7 years ago & recently decided to have the plinths replaced. We contacted a number of branches but the Ealing branch was the only branch that were prepared to help us. Although not a big job in terms of fitting kitchens, the help and guidance we received was excellent. We decided on a change of colour, which meant the replacements had to be sourced which meant that we had to wait for these to arrive, but it was well worth the wait, and we're very pleased with the finished result. I would certainly use them again, and would recommend them to others.

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from In-toto at all stages from planning, installation through to after sales. Their advice has always been practical, helpful and represented good value for money.

In-toto installed our kitchen at the start of the year and we still love it. We choose the handle-less In-line" model which looks very smart and many of our friends have commented on it. Paul was very helpful in designing our kitchen and choosing the appliances. The fitters were very friendly and did a great job installing the units in our old house which has a floor that slopes and walls that aren't exactly straight. We would recommend In-toto and definitely use them again in the future."

We downsized from a house to a flat. Darma was the only designer to design a kitchen with sufficient storage and workspace to meet our requirements. Darma worked with the plans from the architect and accomodated all the quirks without fuss. Where other designers said things were not possible, Darma had a 'can do' approach and made things happen. Our project was delayed due to builders and Darma took it all in his stride. We moved in just before the pandemic and after 6 months realised we wanted some additions. As soon as it was allowed, Darma arranged for these additions to be made. Darma persevered throughout the initial design and fitting phases and completed to our satisfaction. Even during the pandemic and lockdown Darma continued to provide service against all the challenges & obstacles in his way which were beyond his control

There is a review listed under my name, i never wrote it as i never had a kitchen fitted by intoto nor have i ever requested a quote.Also note Darma went bust due to owing £243,000 to hsbc.He also tried to wrap up the company and avoid paying HSBC the debt.I was to install a kitchen for him strip out, replumb, rewire and install.The sink i had to wait 3 weeks on and two weeks on other parts. Both Darma and the customer blamed me including blaming me on the boiler breaking down due to sludge and limescale buildup in it, yet i had nothing to do with the boiler.(Sara Canning) beware of her i believe she is a bit unstable. She moved up north from london in june/ july 2021.Am looking for her also as she owes me monies for work done at her house in london.I had to go back to ireland due to a death in the family came back after a few months, to find D & T interiors trading asintoto ealing was shut down as it went bust. Owing me thousands.So claims he was still supplying during covid make me sceptical.He claims to play cricket for 1st 11 at Gidea park in Romford according to his facebook and linkedin pages. However when i checked i could find no reference to him by the club nor his photo in their montages.Also note he has an alias he uses, at first i thought it was a womans name.Dharmendra Mohanlal Vaja.Due to Hsbc having prevented folding up of D &T interiors which controlled Intoto Ealing. For a period of 5 years D & T failed to submit accounts.Him having been a director means he is prevented from using the Darma Vaja name to get hp or credit he i believe is using this other name.I cant give out his home address but it is available on companies house website.Type in companies house beta then his name.Dont trust Darma / Dharmendra Mohanlal Vaja.He is well make your own mind up.But for owing £243,000 he has two relatively new cars on his drive a 21 plate hundai and a 72 plate merc A180.And it would appear has had a substantial amount of recent building work done at his house.

A completely zen like experience from beginning to end - Mioko is a fantastic designer, who was very calm but passionate about our requirements, she left no (ahem) stone unturned and her attention to detail was exemplary, she also encouraged us to go look at the types of stone available, booking an appointment with one place and recommending that we visit another. We found exactly what we didn't know we were looking for, but with Mioko's continued assistance and great organisational skills we got an amazing piece of natural art in our kitchen now - in fact I'm typing away as I'm sitting here admiring it - thanks Mioko and In-Toto!!! Highly recommended and will definitely use them again!

Ordered a replacement cupboard six months ago, still hasn’t arrived. The guy is very slow to respond, then always blames suppliers etc. Requested a refund and since then have had no response. Do not trust!!
