Good choice of mattresses, divan bases and headboards at reasonable prices. Salesman had excellent product knowledge. Great thing was we had our choice delivered 3 days later.......Would absolutely go back to this shop so thank you !

I have used beds r us Cowes twice now. Both times they gave me an excellent service. Very friendly and helpful. And very flexible to suit timings with me. They set up the new beds and took all the rubbish away. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.

They truly know what service excellence is! We walked in, were shown various options by Remi (Director) who was incredibly helpful. Only 1 of the mattresses we wanted were available - not only did she sort an additional one out for us however at our request (which we did not think possible!) Remi also arranged with her father (owner/director) to deliver the same day for us! It is really great that this family run business is flexible & happy to work WITH their customers.

Called in on the off chance that they might have a king sized bed that would meet our requirements. It isn't the largest showroom around, but they really know a thing or two about presentation and there is a surprisingly good range on offer.Fran is delightful, very friendly and super helpful. Although she couldn't find anything that suited us within what was a tight timeframe, Fran did all she could to source several options.It was a shame that we couldn't give Beds 'R' Us our custom on this occasion, however, I would certainly make them a natural choice for future bed searches.

I have bought all of my beds and mattresses from here and the service is second to none. Delivered and installed without fuss. Communication is great and now the double mattress has had its day I'm back again for more. The level of knowledge and service is excellent, good value for money plus we get to support local trade.

Really lovely, friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to be able to support a small local business. This was my 2nd visit. 1st visit we chose our new bed and mattress with plenty of specialist advice on the mattress. 2nd visit to pay balance. Such a lovely shop with lovely staff and they remove your old bed for free, with free delivery!! Looking forward to trying my new pillow tonight!!!
