Medium sized room, a good sized dance floor with disco station, bar area and separate buffet room. You can't stick any posters or anything on the walls. There are about 9 tables in the main room and another 3/4 tables in the buffet room. There are loads and loads of steps up to the room and a 2 stage stair lift for elderly people that takes forever, but no lift for wheel chairs. There is also a photo booth with a variety of hats and wigs to use. You also have to have their own hot or cold buffet. No outside catering allowed. But all in all it's OK and we had a great evening there. You can set the room up from 3 till 5 and then later you have the room from 7 till 12 midnight.

Still waiting for our deposit back, first few emails got answered now everyone ignored this has been going on since October. Says in your contract that it is refunded after a few days... Still waiting hopefully we can get a response this way?

Shocking experience with this place. Paid a deposite and then the little man wouldn't communicate further. Basically is trying to keep the deposite paid when he's not delivered any service. I wouldn't advise giving this dirty place 1p

No wheelchair access to front door, then there is an incredibly slow chair lift up the four flights of stairs, with a change to second chairlift , so will need your chair carried up.

Kids went slaying had a fab time it's a bit dated but you don't notice too much when having fun

A very bad institution. Went twice and it was always very dirty. The quality of the foo is average(but I don't know what's in the kitchen). Prices are average. Wouldn't recommend.

Still waiting for my deposit back after many emails. I will be contacting my bank shortly for them to recover my outstanding money. Knowing that they was insured for such events like covid. You have being warned

Awful customer service, booked for a wedding reception and they ended up double booking - didn’t inform us of this and basically left us 3 weeks to our party to find a new venue. Manager never apologised and we’re down £300+ on decorations, invites, food ect. Only way for a response is via email which they don’t reply after they’ve got your money. Honestly don’t do business here. Took 10 days after our first email trying to find out what was going on to get a response on the truth, that’s 10 days we could have been sorting out somewhere else for their mistake. We had this booking since July for a December party and it turns out we’ve been double booked for people to watch boxing on tv.

Bit disappointing. Did not look as good as the photos online. Have to walk up and down a million stairs for a cigarette....or fresh air. Not very wheelchair friendly. Quite expensive. Would not recommend to have your party here

Very retro venue, step back into the 70's when you go in. Not the cleanest of places, cafe prices are high ,food quality low. Toilets could do with a good clean, very basic venue that appears derelict from the outside.
