Kingsgrove Hair and Beauty

From the get go, I was so happy to be offered an appointment within a day of calling for one! I have never been to your salon but driven past plenty of times so wanted to give it a go, and what with Covid, wasn't expecting a slot so quick, this was great! Especially having a decent price quoted for my cut and finish, unlike other salons, changing it, just because of the pandemic! (not good!).Anyway, on arrival I was made to feel very welcome and not uncomfortable with the distance and mask rules! A lovely clean and welcoming salon. I have to say Samantha was EXCELLENT! I felt comfortable straight away and confident in what she was saying I needed done with my hair cut! A day on now, and my hair is still amazing! I've had loads of compliments and think is the best haircut I've had in such a long time!I'm so glad I chose to give Kingsgrove a try and feel that I've now found 'my place and stylist!' and have already started recommending!Thank you so much Sam, you're a hoot! I go to Kingsgrove for my hair with the fabulous Jen (who has quite literally transformed my hair), but now also go for beauty treatments with both Alex and Nurse Grace (I need all the help I can get!). Alex is fantastic - gel manicures are fab and my eyebrows look great. The salon is super friendly with great products for both hair and beauty, but is not at all pretentious. Every visit is a pleasure.

Great as usual!I always know that Jen will colour,cut and style my hair the way I want to.The salon is always so clean and measures in place to prevent covid that I feel relaxed the whole time I am there.Thank You

Very pleased with my haircut. Claire put in more layers and styled my hair just how I wanted it. She was great and very helpful with advice re my thoughts about having highlights/lowlights in the near future. All safety precautions were taken to eliminate any risks to customers and staff and I felt very safe.
