Genesis Studio London Westfield

I'd looked at and test driven several EVs around the £50k mark and it came down to the Tesla Y or GV60. I was going to buy the Tesla. In fact I had even ordered the Tesla - but before it came I had a nagging feeling I'd ordered the wrong car. So I went to Westfield White City - first went to the Telsa showroom and sat in the Model Y, then to the Genesis showroom and sat in the GV60. There was no comparison. The GV60 is a far superior car to be in - much comfier and much better build quality. But the clincher for me was the service levels. Tesla were mmhhh from the start (sorry Tesla Heathrow - it was as if you didn't care if I bought the car and your aftercare was abysmal) but the service levels from Genesis and in particular Elio were exceptional!! He brought the car to my home for the test drive and spent as long as I wanted going through everything - 10/10. Follow up calls and emails were always answered incredibly promptly - 10/10. All communication was clear and honest from the start - 10/10 - and when I bought the car he personally delivered to my home and spent another nearly two hours showing me how everything worked - 10/10. I've only had the car for a week but I love it. The smoothest, quietest ride and just feels great to be in. Thank you Genesis and Elio

I attended a test drive at the mere hotel. Firstly I was very impressed with the car and I decided to buy one.All the staff we're very helpful and I thought it was a much better experience than visiting a showroom.I could see all the cars and I drove two of the cars that interested me. Even my wife enjoyed the experience.A special thank you to luiz who allowed me to try his car as well.

When we went to the showroom we were met by Elio. His knowledge of the car was amazing, he didn’t rush us in fact time wasn’t an issue. Not once did he put any pressure on us to buy the vehicle. We eventually bought a GV70 and with Elio’s help throughout made the whole experience seamless. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. He even came to see me when the car was delivered.Thank you Elio without your help I wouldn’t be the owner of an amazing car.

I visited Genesis studio at Westfield today and I’m very impressed with the cars Genesis has to offer. I have to mention about the exceptional customer service provided by a young gentleman called Usman. He had approached me in a warm comforting manner and had explained to me how Genesis came about and whom they are. It felt like an unreal experience similar to one like a museum, the way the cars are displayed. Usman seems like he has a big passion for Cars and Genesis. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Genesis Studio is beautiful. I visited Genesis studio and had met the salesman Usman. He had surprised me with his car knowledge and passion for genesis. He spent almost an hour talking to me about the full electric GV60 which amazed me and he explained to me about Genesis and getting me familiar with the beautiful cars. I will definitely be choosing Genesis as my next car! Will be back!

I had the pleasure of test driving G70 Shooting Break Sport. The car is absolutely stunning and feels very sporty. Aktar is a super friendly person and I could spend all day talking with him about cars and motor racing. Also, the Korean tea served in the Westfield Studio had a very unique flavour.

Today, my visit to the Genesis Westfield Studio in the heart of the Westfield Mall, London, was truly exceptional. Exploring the Electrified GV70 SUV in this setting was an outstanding experience. Usman, the studio concierge, displayed an impressive depth of knowledge about the Genesis brand and its delivery system. Moreover, I had the privilege of discovering the electrified GV60, G80, and the all-new 2.5-liter GV80 vehicles right there in the studio.I extend my heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff who orchestrated this remarkable automotive experience. Your efforts in introducing Genesis to the European market have been nothing short of excellent. Special recognition goes to Usman for his outstanding job in sharing the myriad wonders of each vehicle in the studio. Bravo!

I can’t believe the service here at Genesis. I had spoken to Usman one of the studio geniuses. He was unbelievably polite and attentive. I didn’t even have to ask a thing and instantly he came with a smile to talk to me and wanted to tell me more about Genesis. I’ve never met a more enthusiastic person working in a luxury company ever. He treated me and my wife with patience kindness and respect. Really really enjoyed my time here at the Genesis dealership. Usman was very helpful with introducing me to the GV80 and the Electrified G80. I do look forward to getting one in the future at some point, and purchasing an electric GV80 SUV. I hope one day I can purchase one of these two beautiful vehicles to own but nonetheless, Usman was extremely helpful, his knowledge and understanding of what the buyer wants, his quick thinking lead me to having a look at the genesis website to view a range of options for each vehicle, I look forward to my future visits to the showroom and I hope one day Usman will be there to help with purchase paperwork.

I came to visit Genesis Westfield today all the way from Bahrain. Usman is one of most friendliest person i have met. He explained to me the newly produced GV60 in the UK and has explained how the electric vehicle works compared to petrol and diesel cars. Thank you Usman and Genesis.
