Run down environment, staff brilliant, queue for the cafe/bar can be long and very slow (should have a seperate way to just pay for something from the fridges). Ready for some investment in chaging rooms and pool/spa areas. Gym is wellstocked and in good condition with PTs all willing to help

A great place for a family with young children to join. The crèche and kids club are outstanding, such lovely members of staff and the kids absolutely adore them!To know that the kids are happy and having an amazing time means you can relax and enjoy your time as well. Would highly recommend!

Going to be extremely honest here. The gym is extremely overpriced for the average user. I’m paying nearly £90 a month. The gym seriously lacks modernisation in almost all areas. There are so many competing gyms in Peterborough, and they are looking fresh and new! The tiled floors within the changing rooms etc are extremely dirty, and need a good pressure wash. Very old lockers, toilets etc all extremely dirty. Even the floor in the downstairs toilet, absolutely disgusting. Why can’t someone just get a new flooring, vinyl or something. Below the urinals it’s all stained and disgusting. Changing rooms look soooo dull. Should be colourful, vibrant, have some positive messages/quotes on the wall to inspire etc. I go in there before my workout to my locker and I don’t feel motivated whatsoever. Ceilings have big holes from water leaks upstairs, stained and not fixed for a year now. Equipment machines are ok, they have most things. Staff are friendly enough. My biggest complain is just the cleanliness though, it really is dirty everywhere. Needs proper investment. Yes, some walls have been painted which is a start, but for a apparent premium top rated health club is extremely poor. I am considering moving gyms within the next couple of month to pure gym, why? It’s new, fresh, clean has all the machines for around £20 a month, no contract. It’s a shame as I’ve been a member for over 8 years. I even tried to get a friend to join so he can work out with me, and getting a price seemed impossible, after asking 2-3 times on separate days as it appears the team do not like to give pricing out therefore he didn’t join. Next month I expect another price increase, and that will be my confirmation to end my membership. I seriously cannot justify the price with lack of actual needed investment in areas that are showing day in day out and nothing ever gets done about it. Photos will come in due course. I will be documenting a lot of my findings and adding to my review for everyone to see.

Very underinvested in club, Spa facilities often out of use (Spa facilities out of use for last 4 days), Wait for food often 45 mins+ and signs all over the building with amended times for restaurant opening or to state things are broken/unusable.Overall seems poorly run and not good value for the £130+ a month in membership fee's.Only redeeming feature is the staff attitudes who are all positive to deal with daily.

It is early days as a new member, but so far, disappointed with staff attitudes and professionalism. My induction was scheduled the day we signed up. Later that day, it was cancelled and not rescheduled. I've had to figure out the geography of the place on my own. Staff have generally been unpleasant (only one person who sold me the locker and told me where the gym was located was helpful).I downloaded the app and tried to book classes for my kids. The main reason for signing up was my kids. Most kids' classes are full for the next fortnight. Booked one kid's class for my 4yo but later called staff to cancel. Shortly after, I received a threatening email on DL's no-show policy, which I felt was not warranted given I had spoken to a manner of staff to cancel my kid's attendance as he was unwell. As a recently joined member, I was shocked that DL would send me such correspondence. The cleanliness of facilities is average, equipment for kids could be refreshed. The Big Kids play area needs two working tablets. For such a vast building, I was surprised to find a tiny steam room and sauna. The gym area has two floors; it's okay. Compared to what I have tried, Pure Gym and Virgin, it's okay.Thumbs up for the pool area. We can't fault it.To find an age-appropriate class which is available to book on the app. right now has been hard to do. My motivation for joining was the kids and, I guess, the lifestyle. I thought there would be plenty for my young kids (4yo, 2yo and 0 months) to do.

Olivia, our guide, was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. She had answers to all our questions. The gym, classes, pool and kids facilities look great! App is really well made and user friendly.

Izzy was really helpful with my introduction and sign up to DL Peterborough. Facilities for the pool, gym and lounge were exactly what I was looking for. Really friendly and answered any questions I had on the club.

Well laid out. Very clean and staff very nice. The pool area has a 25m pool. Children’s pool. Jacuzzi. Sauna and steam room. Large warm changing room with lockers, which need your own padlock. Great restaurant with a good mix on the menu. Also used as a social club. Prices are pretty high, but you get what you pay for.

Visited on a day pass . The staff were quite blunt (I enquired about membership packages whilst there to be told dismissively they don't work weekends- no additional information given)The swimming pool area was clean, but tired (a guy in the sauna informed me he had complained about the flooring numerous times yet nothing had been done)Changing rooms OK but door lock broken on a shower .I have subsequently been told membership would be 90 a month for me - not worth it compared to other similar gyms in the area. Albeit, they don't have the tennis!
