I am very disappointed with their service. They initially quoted a 10-working day timeframe for my paper to be ready. However, when I reached out on the 6th day, I was informed that my paper still wasn't ready, and now we're on the 12th day. What's even more frustrating is that during a phone call, they assured me that my paper would be ready as initially promised.This delay couldn't have come at a worse time, as I'm currently facing a critical situation where my job is at risk due to this delay. I entrusted them with this task, banking on their promised timeline, but unfortunately, they have let me down.To make matters worse, they charged me around £200 for their service. Given the hefty price tag, I expected better adherence to the timeline. The lack of timely delivery is disappointing and does not reflect the value I paid for.I hope others can learn from my experience and exercise caution when considering this service. My encounter has been far from satisfactory, and I believe potential customers deserve to be aware of the challenges I've faced.

Used the service as l needed Affidavits Apostilled stamped for myself and my Partner for our forthcoming Wedding in Cyprus in September. Website was very straightforward and easy to follow. Would recommend this service. Our documents were processed and delivered within 3 days. I paid an extra £10 for a Courier Service, which was well worth it.

We used this apostille service for our marriage certificate that we needed to use in Italy, they also did a translation with apostille. I cannot recommend them highly enough, they received our original certificate on a Friday and we received both documents delivered to Italy within 6 working days. I rang their office twice and on both occasions spoke with the same person who guided me though the whole process. Amazing service, superb customer service.
