I went in this shop whilst visiting from Portsmouth as I noticed they had some Wrendale design collection in the window which my mum loves. I went in and was immediately greeted by a really friendly and helpful lady who went back and forth getting new items for me to look at and helping me choose. She also showed me the limited edition 10th Anniversary when Teddy which I bought. The range of stock was better than I have seen elsewhere and the staff were incredible. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant service I ordered via clearpay thr first bag was sold out but they emailed me straight away and told me to pick another one and they would save it me to re purchase they also gave me alot of support wile we was trying to sort owt what bag we wanted they saved it me wile I did my transaction via clearpay amazing customer service and after care as well as next dat delivery brilliant highly recommended
