As a tenant who has had 7 letting agents for the same rented flat I have been living in for the past 4 1/2 years I think I can say with a fair amount of experience that Rent Wirral are by far the most professional of them all. My experience of their approach to tenants is one that understands that without a tenant the property owner (and therefore themselves) will not make any money. But they do not see tenants as just a cashcow. They understand the value that good tenants are for landlords. This is reflected in how they communicate with tenants. You can judge a letting agent by how they deal with any problems that arise from a tenants point of view. Rent Wirral understand that when their tenants have a problem, however small it may be to them, it is a big thing to the tenant. They understand that the tenant simply wishes the problem to be resolved quickly and with as little fuss as possible. This is Ben, Laura and all at Rent Wirral's strongest point They listen, understand and then act accordingly. Never belittling the tenant or the issue. But resolving it quickly, especially outside of normal office hours.If you are a tenant under Rent Wirral you will be hard pressed to find any better. All the staff are friendly and helpful, they really care and you are not just another number added to the list. I was running out of time to move into the area as my job was starting in a few weeks but they helped me through the process and made sure it was done as soon as possible.
